Heathrow Meet And Greet Parking Reviews 

Despite phoning half an hour before arriving as directed they failed to pick up the car until an hour later.
On returning we are now 1.5 hours waiting and no one is responding to our request for the car. Currently thinking we need to get the police involved . UPDATE: The car arrived just under three hours after we called from the baggage hall with our bags. We had everything from cancelled calls, rude and aggressive answers, constant lies and fabricated stories.
We were only one of 5 couples waiting for our cars to arrive AND many more drivers who were waiting to drop off. In the 3 hours only ONE PERSON arrived to deliver a car and pick up another. The driver who did arrive described the company and management in terms that I couldn’t repeat!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS Returned car with 0 miles so had clearly been using it for personal use over the weekend

when we left it it had 1/4 of a tank, rude disrespectful vile man who told us that it’s our problem, EXCUSE ME!?!! waited an hour for them to meet us at drop off and another at pick up, DO NOT USE

Use anyone else but these cowboys.

I waited 40 minutes for someone to collect my car, even though i gave them 40 minutes notice and had to wait 1 hour 10 mins for someone to drop off my car after giving them 30 mins notice.
When you call them (as i did 4 times on each occasion), they keep lieing to you by saying 5-7 mins, if someone takes note of the rubbish service the give and uses somone else, it would be worth typng this out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.
STILL HAVNT GOT MY REFUND AFTER 10 DAYS PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS LOT OF SCAMMERS. trading standards need to close this company as soon as possible

Called the company 30 mins before arrival, they said they would be waiting.
Due at 6am turned up at 7.10am
On arrival back at LHR, called them at 6am, they turned up at 8am!!!!! Constantly called them? They would text rather than answer or kept cutting me off, then would say 5 minutes, or 3 minutes and then told me due to weather the terminal was closed! Which was rubbish as all other cars managed to get in. I called again and they said as it was closed so they went and did another job!!!!
Furious after 24 hours traveling was an understatement.
In the end I told them I would call the police and report my car as stolen.
I have never encountered such poor service from a lying bunch of scammers!
Heathrow should be ashamed they let these people operate out of their car parks!

Be Aware trading under two different names one been this one the other one Super parking , both have horrendous reviews, damaging your cars , using them while you are on holiday, waiting several hours to drop off and get picked up, rude unprofessional drivers, call handlers , the both companies have been reported, but unfortunately when they have been stopped trading they will re register under different names.

I Almost missed my flight. Didn’t show up or answer my calls. When they did answer they said “5 mins, 5 mins”
I waited for hours!! I had to leave my keys in my car unattended and my brother had to come and take my car otherwise we would have missed our flight. I was devastated!
SCAM!

DO NOT USE! I nearly missed my flight because of them and then on the way back was home at least 2 hours after I should have been. Pay attention extra and get a decent service this one is shocking!!!

They returned my car to me damaged (dashboard not working including the speedometer) saying that it’s my problem and unless there are no scratches I have to go to the garage.
How can they drop my car off to me and not tell me the speedometer isn’t working? He literally dropped the key and ran off immediately before I could even pack my car up.

Hanged up on me twice, didn’t include the short stay fees in booking so that was a hidden fee. Had to wait 45 mins for both pick up and drop off.

Reporting them and getting my money back, disgusting scammers from India

We had an extremely poor experience with this meet and greet service and will not be using it again. After returning from holiday, we contacted the company as instructed once our baggage was collected at 8:15pm. We were then told the wait time would be 45 minutes, which I have never experienced before using a meet and greet service—and I’ve used these services many times.
At 9:00pm (45 minutes later), we called again and were told they couldn’t give any estimate as they were still waiting for drivers. We were told we would be called back once they had more information. Eventually, we were told the driver would be another 15 minutes away. In reality, the driver arrived an hour and a half late, and we didn’t receive our car until 9:45pm.
When the driver finally arrived, he was on his phone, handed me the ticket for payment, and did not apologise at all for the excessive delay. To make matters worse, there was rubbish left in our car, including a Diet Coke can, as well as a set of car keys that did not belong to us. I have no idea whether these were the driver’s keys or another customer’s, which is extremely concerning from a security perspective.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, excessive delays, lack of professionalism, and carelessness with customers’ vehicles made this a very disappointing end to our holiday.

Directions for terminal 4 parking make no mention of level 2, but tell you to follow the meet and greet signs. These lead to the ground floor. Once there heathrow parking has "deliberately" closed the up ramp, so you have to pay to leave to come back in again. Worse in the small print, you have to pay for the short term parking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give a zero rating, I would.
We called the provided number 30 minutes before we were ready for collection, as requested.
We were then fed lies 5 times when we called back asking where the car was as they kept saying it was 10 minutes away.
We waited nearly 2 hours for our car to arrive in the freezing cold.
When the car arrived, it still had condensation on the windows and roof so clearly had only just been moved to us.
They purposely make you wait hours for collection and I read another review that 1 persons car had been stolen earlier this month.
Avoid at all costs

I won’t bore with my experience but nearly missed my flight and had to wait 3 hrs and 50 calls to get my car back. My advice is just don’t use any parking company through Heathrow Parking Deals. You have no idea who you are actually trading with - the individual parking companies (Park Lane in my case) just have made up names to create a smoke screen and deflection. They are not legitimate trading companies but a bunch of thick no-hopers. Embarrassed I didn’t think better of using but I was in a rush. Can’t believe this is allowed to happen at Heathrow and there is zero regulation of these absolute pricks. Just park in Long term and get the bus.

I used Tidy Airport Parking for a meet-and-greet booking. While my vehicle was in their care, my car key fob was stolen.
The theft occurred on 3 January, but I was not informed until 9 January, and only via WhatsApp. I contacted the company immediately, but they refused responsibility and offered no meaningful reassurance regarding vehicle security.
As a result, I incurred:
£382.20 for a replacement key
£90 to reprogram the vehicle’s key system
£20 parking cost for my mother, who is less mobile and disabled, as she came out of her way to retrieve my spare keys and meet me at the airport, plus petrol costs. No effort was made to collect me from airport as solo traveller with winter sports kit to retrieve spare keys then car - it has been at my own expense and inconvenience.
A police report has been made by operator. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider the risks before using this service. I used compare the parking.com as agent which selected this operator. It had been changed to Tidy Airport Parking day before departure, and was not my original choice of vendor.

I used this service on the 5th of January 2026, Heathrow meet and greet parking is a scam!!! They do not own a parking space of their own but have rather take people’s car for a drive and park just anywhere which landed me a ticket of £80. The ticket clearly captured their personnel in my car driving around Heathrow. I called to complain but the operator banged the phone on me and wouldn’t take responsibility. Please do not for any reason use this service… They’re scammers from India !!!!!

I regret using this company. I will never recommend this to anyone, not even to my enemies. It is unfortunate that I just got to read other people's reviews about this company after I fell victim. No communication, everything about the company is not professional. Please, stay away from this company.

Still had no communication from them regarding the damage to my car WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT USE THUS COMPAY FIR VALET PARKING AT HEATHROW WORSE COMPANY EVER COME ACRISS

Had to rate it 1 star but it should be 0. Terrible company do not use!!!

On return from our trip (over 24 hours of travel) we picked up our bags and gave them a call to let them bring our car round to the drop off within 30 minutes. They told me that my car had been impounded by the police, weren’t very informative and hung up on me a few times. It transpired that their driver was uninsured while driving my car around and got himself pulled over by the police and they then impounded my vehicle.

I had to go to the impound in Ealing and beg them to let me take my own car back (you need your V5C which funnily enough most people don’t bring with them everywhere. It cost me an extra £192 to get it released, we had to spend over £50 to get to the impound and when I got my car back there was no fuel left (indicating they’d been driving it around while we were on holiday), it was covered in mud on the outside and inside of the car, and my phone charging wire and other things were missing.

Never use this company people, and I will never be using meet and greet again!
