DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND DOES NOT OFFER A PHONE OPTION FOR SUPPORT. YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND THEY MIDDLE MAN BETWEEN “TECHNICAL SUPPORT.” WHEN THEIR PRODUCT IS FAULTY THEY ONLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ANOTHER HEARTH DISPLAY.

Not worth it

I wish I would’ve read more reviews instead of just the clearly paid ones online. Within three months, this was no longer working and very expensive. For being a family calendar it also doesn’t allow you to sync to multiple Gmail accounts which hinder me from being able to sync my personal calendar and work calendar together for our family to see. Now and just a short three months it’s not even working. The entire screen is black, flickering, glitching. We have emailed customer service and are waiting to see what option we have, but according to the website, it doesn’t even seem like you can return it and get a new sort of refund since it’s outside of 30 days. Since I bought this as a Christmas gift, that’s a pretty big disappointment if they’re just gonna send me another one that doesn’t really fulfill our needs.

A super basic system

Unfortunately, it's a disappointment, and I regret buying it. They talk about having "chore charts," which are barebones, basic to-do lists. That's it. Today, I am looking at it, and we have a recurring task of feeding the dogs in the morning and evening. And yet it somehow displays two todos for each dog feeding.

This is such a disappointment. Yes, it will sync calendars and do fundamental to-dos, but that is it.

It took us months to figure out which display to get. And we made the wrong decision.

Lots of potential but even more glitches.

Sleek design, great concept and big promises but this company is a start up rolling out way too many features. Their "AI" assistant is billed as a simple way to add events to your calendar but can take weeks to post events. In my experience, it simply lost about 50% of my requests. Customer support blamed "back to school" volumes well into early November. Customer support is only via email and they request screen shots of various issues. The software was very buggy and could not adjust to me adding events in different time zones. Further, the software would sometimes just replicate events with no explanation. I was denied a refund request. By the time I had figured out the product's many bugs and customer services limitations I was beyond their stated return policy window. Fr the record, their CS people were generally nice and very responsive but I wanted to the thing to work. I had big hopes for this device and maybe they work it out but don't believe all the hype that they put out. Research alternatives and if you buy a Hearth temper your expectations.
