Catit Fish Dinners
After After spending hundreds of dollars on cat food my cats decided that they loved Catit wet food products. I've purchased directly from them and in Petsmart. I purchased several products in December and was horrified to find sharp 1" shards of what looks like wood. If my cats had eaten it it could have caused a costly vet visit. I sent photos of the cards of wood, the product and bar code to them. They then wanted my receipts, which I provided and have heard nothing back from them. So now back to trying to find another brand my cats will eat. Won't be supporting Canadian or Catit again now as they don't care about you or your animals.

I ordered a slow feeder toy which my cat immediately damaged. When I contacted customer service I was told the damage wasn't covered because it's not meant to be bit/chewed. !?It's a cat product, a food toy, and you didn't design to withstand being bit once!?
I also have a fountain, which I like because it's easy to clean, but I have constant issues with the pump and replaced it a few times.
I ordered a year's worth of treats only to receive ones that expire in a few months. Customer service said I could return them for a refund, minus shipping cost and I would have to pay return shipping which effectively cancels out the refund.
Terrible service. Feels like a scam.
I placed an order, paid in full, and then… nothing. No delivery, no tracking updates, no meaningful communication. It’s been over a week with zero information about where my order is or if it even exists.
You cannot take people’s money and simply not deliver what they paid for. That is unacceptable and honestly feels like stealing. I had to chase them myself just to get basic answers, and even then there was no resolution.
I am now requesting a cancellation and a full refund, otherwise I will have to contact my bank and escalate the issue.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I purchased the catit water fountain it's white with a green inner and a lily in the middle it sprays water down the Lilly with a filter for the water to go through, problem is after days left circulating the water something breed aquatic worms after my tests of leaving a cup of water in the window at a time of a wash down of the fountain, but the filter could only been rinsed after 4 days there are worm back in the fountain but the glass is clear, catit response says it's the placement of the fountain and the aquatic worms "jumped from nearby plants" and will reimburse 3 free filter, I just wanted a refund but without original receipt nothing can be done, personally this disgusting and if you look on Google you will see similar photos, and I can't review on bbb or Google but still have a 4.8 review i don't know how this is the only place I found to review and the not even a 2, be smarter buy smarter demand better your cat can't tell u they can eat there food or there bugs in there water,

I submitted the wrong shipping address and within minutes I tried to call the company (no answer) and I emailed them. 48 hours later I got an email saying nothing they can do.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever…
One of the worst companies I’ve ever come across their customer service agent Jonathan is so vague and unhelpful, I’ve emailed about the pump not working he can see clear videos and photos that its not working he replied back very vaguely using technical jargon which is no help to me !! There is no plus sign and all the parts are fitted as they should be he has made it so stressful and difficult to get any help
Please avoid this company I’ve been going back and forth with no success- I want to make a formal complaint !
SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I show cats all over the country and sometimes get little samples from companies who sell cat related products in an effort to get more customers through this medium. Recently I’ve seen a lot of catit products like little bags of treats. Anyway I never really thought about it because I’ve always bought the same brand of treats and my cats love them, but last show I saw catit products and a magazine in the gift bag so I had a look. I placed an order for around £38 on the 5th of November! I received an email to say my order was being prepared and would be shipped out within 3-5 days. To be honest I did forget about it until I received another email asking me to review the products.
I re read the original email and tried to track the shipment by copying and pasting the tracking information and the link in the email to the shipping company. Alas it said no information was available as no delivery had been attempted so tracking was not available!! I contacted catit customer service via the contact us form and received a very disappointing response from quite a patronising customer support supervisor. He was dismissive of the situation and reiterated that I had to check my emails for the tracking number and it might have gone to my spam folder!! He completely missed the point of my email regarding the non existent delivery!!! I responded with politeness and asked him why the delivery was delayed? The tracking was wrong and I hadn’t received the package. He then rudely told me I had to wait until the 21st then get back in touch and he would see about a reorder.
As you can imagine this was not the response I was expecting from an alleged reputable company, no ownership, no empathy and no APOLOGY for the missing package! I will wait until the 21st and I will request a refund because this is not the way I expect to be treated!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL MY GOVERNING BODY NOT TO PROMOTE THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS
I have the Catit flower water fountain…
I have the Catit flower water fountain and one of my 8 week old kittens chewed the wire and died last night!! I’m heartbroken! The wire should be thicker or chew proof! I’ve contacted customer service.
I called customer service to get a replacement part
I called customer service to get a replacement part for the flower fountain. Somehow the yellow piece on top was misplaced. I was sent to a website which said it was $4 for the part and $20 for shipping. I got back to the gentleman and said I didn't mind paying for the part but for a few dollars more I could get a new unit. He got back to me immediately and said he would send me that part no charge. It came 4 days later!
ALERT - Impaired fountain function & Algae WARNING
We have one of the water fountains and the first pump lasted about 2 months before I could see it gradually pumping less & less water out, so I bought a new pump and same thing has happened again so I took a closer look.
When I took the plastic cover off, the algae had completely blocked.
I cleaned and put it back together and it's resolved the problem for now.
What disturbs me most is the already loosens and comes up the fountain and then it's in front of your cats, who will eat.
Not sure if it will do them any harm but it supposed to be WATER FILTER...
Why haven't Catit developed a solution to this and why haven't they issued an Alert notice.
I had the catit flower fountain for 2…
I had the catit flower fountain for 2 years no problems. I kept it clean and disinfected. After purchasing another pack of filters from amazon I suddenly had a lot of black mould inside the whole fountain. I panicked and cleaned it out as my cats had already been drinking from it. I replaced the filter and checked again after two days and there, again, was black mould. I guessed that it was the new pack of filters and that maybe they had been stored incorrectly at a warehouse or something so I bought a new pack but once you get black mould that's it. I contacted catit customer service and asked if they could replace the fountain as it wasn't my fault or theirs even, but they said that I needed to clean my house as it must be me that had infected it with mould. I was absolutely disgusted. I bought a new fountain from another company altogether and it's been fine. I've had it two years now and no problems at all and the company is more than helpful. From such a large company, they should be ashamed of themselves. Endangering my cats and blaming it on me. Vile. I'll never buy anything catit again
Great customer care
I bought a catit pixi water fountain off Amazon (love it)(my cats are less enthusiastic but coming around) ...Anyway I lost a vital piece of it when I was moving home (silicon tube) and couldn't get customer support through Amazon. I contacted them directly and dealt with a gent named Jonathan who responded to me quickly and was very helpful, I had asked to purchase a spare part but he did his best to send me the part without charge and even threw in a few samples, which I might add one was a catit food sample which my cats also loved.
I bought the Pixi water fountain
I bought the Pixi water fountain, and a few months later the pump failed to work. I wrote to customers service and never got an answer. This is so disappointing! Almost all reviews I read about this company are negative! Why do you still sell this crap, if everybody tells you it fails after only a few months??!

Poor product quality
Purchased a flower fountain for my cats some years ago and due to the vibration and noise I decided to buy the Pixi fountain instead after using the flower fountain for about 1 year. The Pixi was very quiet but the pump stopped working after 2 months. The shop where I bought the fountain gave me a new one without question and again the pump stopped working after a few months. Went back to the flower fountain but again it is very noisy. Have now had 4 fountains from Catit that have been badly designed and/or of poor quality. Only reason I have continued with Catit products is because I was not offered a refund only an exchange
Don’t but catit
I bought three Catit products. Two auto feeders and a water fountain. All three stopped working within three months. The store wouldn’t take them back, so I got in touch with Catit. All I got from them was the runaround. They kept sending me the same three messages. I asked to talk to someone. Nada. My advice DO NOT BUY ANY CATIT products. They don’t stand behind what they sell.

I asked for my money back and they refused to give it to me . Paid 160$ for a feeder when I don't even know if it's feeding my cat !! Do not buy !!!
