Excellent customer service and great pricing
The customer service I have received has been excellent! You deal directly with those who own this business and they are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Kim went out of her way to help me with an issue I had with a coupon. Exceeded expectations!!
My first order went seamlessly and I am very happy with my product and the pricing (less than my dr's office for the same product). I am awaiting my second order now and expect to have no issues.
The membership fee is well worth it and I will remain a customer. Highly recommend!!!

Website status not accurate
I liked the price, but it turns out the product was not in stock as advertised on their website. It did not arrive in 3 to 5 days as advertised. And, I was not notified that it was out of stock. I had to make an inquiry to find out this information. I suggested they update their website to show true status. They didn't. I eventually got the product and it works great, but I would have gone elsewhere to get it sooner had I known.

First and most importantly, I was unaware of a company like (HEARSYOU). I lost my hearing around six months ago after an explosion, which left me feeling lost. I don't believe the audiologists truly understand what it's like or what device you need. Once again, thank you for making a difference!

I needed a new charger for my Signia hearing aids. HHH had the perfect solution at a great price. I ordered it, they kept me informed every step of the way, and I received the charger quickly and in perfect condition. If I lived closer I'd be an in-person customer!
