I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered the Widex V1 receiver from you. I received it within a week and I am very happy. With that said I am going to order the right receiver to match the set and I thank you very much.

It was easy to choose the correct item on the website and the price was the best I found anywhere!

I really appreciate how quickly you responded and sent me my order when I inquired about it. You made it right by adding a couple more items to make up for the initial delay.

We were at first sent the wrong device. I emailed them on a Friday evening g and was surprised that I got a response within 30 minutes. They apologized for the mistake said they would send me a label to send back the device we were sent and resend a correct one. They made no excuses, said it shouldn’t have happened and asked me to let them know if there was anything else they could do and followed up. Due to this process they won us over as customers and we would recommend to all. Everyone makes mistakes at times, far fewer take accountability without being forced to.

Traveling for the holidays to visit relatives, I forgot to pack my Starkey hearing aid charger. I could not find a charger to order overnight in the US, except Hears Hearing & Hearables. They had the model I needed and shipped it overnight to the location I was staying at for the holiday. I really appreciate HH&H, and my family and relatives really appreciate me not saying "what" every 5 minutes.
