Better hearing made easy.

Hear.com is a good business model making it possible to purchase premium hearing aids from the convenience of home. The kit containing a tablet and testing devices made it possible to connect with an audiologist who was able to test my hearing and make adjustments in the hearing aids to correct the specific problems with my hearing.

The hearing test was done right in my home

The hearing test was done right in my home by way of the internet. The device was easy to use and the doctor was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting if I was not sure how to do something on the tablet that was provided. The tablet came in a nice packaged box and had a prepaid return label. My questions were answered as this proceeded over a matter of several sessions, the first being the longest. Very happy with every step and I am hearing much better.

This was the easiest thing I've ever…

This was the easiest thing I've ever done. I ordered online, they mailed the equipment. I received a hearing test online (like a zoom call) which matches my original hearing test at the doctor's office. Basic operations were explained, they had easy to understand videos for more complicated operations, that I could follow at my pase. Mailed the equipment back. Best thing is the hearing aids work. Much easier than multiple trips to the doctor.

From my first inquiry about better hearing aids, Hear.com has been available the entire way by answering questions and providing information on what to expect and how to use the upgraded aids. The hearing aids fit very well and are easy to adjust for size and are easy to adjust for sound comfort. These are the first hearing aids that I have purchased and have been able to use within a couple of hours of receiving them. I highly recommend them for these reasons. A Hearing Aid That Enables Me To Hear What Is Being Said Clearly!

This is my second pair of hearing aids, the first pair
being from a different company. I greatly appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of the hear.com audiologist. She explained everything to me, and was able to adjust the hearing aids to my needs. I am now able to hear more clearly what is being said, and adjust the settings easily to my surroundings, such as a noisy environment. With the previous hearing aids that I had, the sounds were louder, but not coming through very clearly,

Great company and experience

I just want to give a shout out to Hear.com, specifically Lanae! I ordered these for my mother and Lanae helped me through all of it so very kind and patient, my mom ended up deciding to go with a different company and the 45 day refund policy enabled her to make that choice despite me not fully agreeing with it. I agreed to try the hearing aids really…

I agreed to try the hearing aids really hoping they would work. I figured if they did not work I could return them. I went through the whole set up with their representative who guided me for the initial set up, the hearing test and visual check of my ear canal. After the set up and putting the aids into my ear there was a whistle and she said the cones were too small so I tried the next size but still a slight whistle but the cones would not stay in my ear canal. So I was sent another longer cable to hold the cone in my ear canal. We went through another set up but the new cable would not work and she said they sent the wrong cable. So I was sent another cable and went through another set up. I still did not have a working set of hearing aids. I had to push in the right ear cone to hear. I could not hear my wife sitting 4 feet away unless I pushed in the cone. After 45 days I was still hoping to get the aids working but they never did. Now they say it’s too late to return. But they never worked as they should have. How could I be forced to pay for a product that doesn’t work. I think I was patient hoping your on line way of setting up hearing aids could work and maybe it does for most people. I am really disappointed that the Hear.com system did not work for me. I think I gave them enough time.

That said, we do want to clarify an important point for accuracy and transparency. Your return and full refund were approved earlier this morning at 10:00 AM, and an email confirming this approval — along with a UPS return label — was sent directly to you before this review was submitted.

Our Quality Manager personally reviewed your case and authorized the return as a goodwill resolution, recognizing that the fitting process did not ultimately meet your needs. Once the hearing aids and equipment are received back in good order, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We always aim to work toward fair outcomes, and in this case, approval was already granted and communicated prior to this review being posted. While we regret that our solution was not the right fit for you, we’re glad we were able to resolve this promptly and professionally.

The knowledge of the entire team!!

The knowledge of all the different people who work at hear.com was very valuable and impressive. The detail of follow up during the entire process from start to even beyond is amazing.
