Great product, good fast service and delivery

My wife has been buying the chocolate and vanilla Healthy Man shake containers ever since they became available, apart from a lengthy period this year, where there was no stock, we have been using and enjoying this for many years. The flavour and consistency is great and is not gritty like other powders and delivers a rich chocolate taste every time. I am hopeful that further development of the product will deliver probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics in the one shake! Go Healthy Man!

I purchased The Healthy Man starter pack and decided to give it a four week challenge. I only lasted two weeks. Reasons are it gave me diarrhoea. If it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! Switched over to taking Metmucil and I'm pushing out t#rds with ease! I keep getting emails asking me how was my delivery experience and if I could rate it, but why? You want me to give you guys a glowing review on how it was delivered to my front door?

I found your product to be too watery when mixed as directed and compared to other shakes such as "The Man Shake". Your shake left me feeling hungry and unsatisfied.

Your courier left the parcel in the stairwell which was a trip hazard and did not not ring my doorbell. I have spoken to Aramex explaining I'm a ground floor unit i have no idea why leave it on the stairs. On my next order i will leave more detailed instructions. Love the product 5 star.

Review update: After a courier issue, I finally received my tub. Alex from their support team helped me out with the issue, so their customer service is great! Although the support email isn't easily accessible. I managed to find it after making an account and checking the "reply to" on the confirmation email I received. The shake tastes good. After 3 days, I can feel the energy and mood benefits, so that's awesome. Time will tell if there's any weight loss. I got vanilla so I can add coffee to it in the morning. I only gave it 4* because for the money, you dont get a full months worth per tub. Its 20 serves, so if you're replacing 2 meals a day, you need 3 tubs a month unless you skip them on weekends. And that's pretty bad, especially when there's no standard discount for buying multi-tub packs when last I checked. So it's not the greatest value. For $70 bucks a tub, you would expect 30 serves at the very least. But that's my only issue. Otherwise, so far, so good.

Ordered just over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the items.
