Packed wrong meals or substituted meals without notification or choice. Did not respond to feedback or concerns raised. Disappointing customer service. Some meals great, some very mediocre. Better value and service elsewhere in a competitive market.
Meals are so delicious and great nutrition. Delivery was on time and so convenient to pick my day. Have been amazing as I’ve just had surgery so need good meals and it’s made life easier for my husband whilst I can’t move during recovery.
I tried the meatballs with pasta and the chicken burrito bowl. Unfortunately they were the worst frozen meals i have ever had, particularly the meatballs - so chewy and unpleasant and barely any sauce at all to go on the pasta - terrible meal. The chicken burrito bowl was slightly better but its just a tray of rice with a tiny amount of chicken mush on top. I really do not recommend buying either of these options. These were both options offered at Woolworths and my first experience with Dineamic Meals. Waste of money and a terrible lunch.

Very easy process to order the meals, fair pricing and tasty food

I didn't get a text message telling me when the food was delivered.

I only used them once because they delivered on a Wednesday as I was on holidays till the Tues.
delivery times fluctuated through out the day which is hard as you can’t plan your day. Food tasted good and portions good size

Great meals, great service from Dineamic and terrible service from their delivery partners. The latter have forced me to go elsewhere.

I would have given a 5star review but it has been a couple of things I was dissapointed in.Firstly a delelivery that had been marked as delivered but didnt recieve and secondly an order placed and paid for but not delievered.
I was happy with the outcome and customer service provided and thats why i'll stay with this company for now.
The outcome was good replaced all my first meals as ordered and second time there was a technical issue on companys end so ended up recieving the next delivery date.

I recently left a review on Trustpilot, but it mysteriously vanished. I was compelled to share my disappointment with the subpar quality of your food. The meat and chicken were overcooked, dry, and tasteless, while the vegetables were unrecognizable. The rice pudding was a travesty – a watery, lumpy concoction that defied explanation. It's perplexing to see your company investing heavily in marketing, touting "nutritional experts" while serving such foul products.

Do not buy. I ordered 15 meals from them and the first meal I ate (sweet and sour pork with rice noodles) I got horrible food poisoning and was vomiting all night. Of the hundreds of dollars I spent on the order the company refunded me $9 for my trouble. Absolutely abysmal customer service and quality of product. Will never order from them again and will warn everyone to stay away unless you want to become incredibly sick.

The meals are great, but the delivery is sloppy at best. This is my second review, and it seems I had rose tinted glasses at the time, having never had a weekend delivery go as terribly as this one went.
My delivery instructions were typed out on the website when I ordered, only for them to be automatically replaced with "Leave at the front door." upon submitting my order, with no notification whatsoever until I woke up to find no delivery was attempted.
The customer service lines are closed on the weekends, despite Dineamic and their delivery partner (Be Cool Refrigerated Couriers) offering weekend deliveries, which means if you have a failed delivery on Saturday, you will be stuck without your order for up to an additional 2 days or until you can get in contact with someone other than their automated email chat bot.

Dineamic foods are delicious and healthy, and I am very pleased to have purchased and enjoyed them.

I’ve only been a customer for three Deliveries. The food tasted good and it agreed with my digestive system. However, my 2nd order didn’t arrive, and I was told I have to wait a week for the order. I initially gave Dineamic 1 star for delivering 50% of the time, and now it's 66%, so I've increased my rating to 3 stars. Keep delivering what I've ordered, and you may get five stars.

0 if I could!! Absolutely horrifying customer service the person just talks on top of you with zero interest in listening. The meals made me very ill and on repeat she asked for batch number of meals that made me sick on the carton of the meal already eaten means it would obviously been thrown away. If you cant offer another solution rather than obnoxiously talk over your customer you should absolutely NOT be in the service industry and then hangs up the phone on you ...maturity, professionalism and quality of food provide all get a zero from me!!! I usually dont bother with reviews but that was so bad on another level!!!!

Extremely incompetent and lazy support staff with buggy platform (poor development). It's impossible to get on a weekly order cadence with them after requesting multiple times. Support "manager" Viven has no idea what she's doing.
They have no idea how to actually manage their platform, which is full of bugs and mixes up order/billing dates so orders don't get processed. I have to babysit them each week for them to send out the my order, no one goes to any effort to make sure the schedule is set up the way it should be.
Every single instance of trying to place an order has resulted in a technical headache, resulting in orders being skipped or delayed.

I have tried a bunch of ready-made meal companies, and Dineamic is miles ahead of the rest. The food is amazing - fresh and tasty. The food trays are genius and use minimal plastic. The gnocchi was one of the best of ever eaten - even better than restaurants!

Ordered these meals for my elderly mother who said the following:
Meals were bland and there was very little meat and all very small pieces. Rice and noodles not cooked properly and soggy vegetables. Won't be getting from there again.
