I am a new client transferring from a…
I am a new client transferring from a previous supplier of my drug. I was left a message on my voicemail to get in touch and which I have tried to do several times. The waiting time today on one call on hold was over 40 minutes before I gave up. I cant use the App (although I have downloaded it) without an account number and to try and get this through HealthNet via email is impossible. Not a great start for the relationship.

Friendly & knowledgeable Nurse appointment.
Although the person who did my online nurse teams appointment was very nice & knowledgeable - eventually gave me the confidence to do my own injection they did get confused on the type of specific instructions & training I needed. They told me I only needed 1 injection but as I had prepared for my appointment & actually read the guide I believed it was 2. They then realised their mistake it was 2. Just attention to detail lacking.
