Do NOT order from this company. They'll take your money, never ship anything to you, and keep telling you there's a 'delay' but everything is fine. I never received my order. A bunch of thieves and liars.

I received two emails, with different order numbers, following a single order I had placed. I sent an email to customer service asking for clarification to avoid getting billed twice. Within an hour, they had confirmed one of the two orders and asked me to forward a copy of the 2nd confirmation. I sent the copy. 1st thing next morning I received an clarification that the 2nd email was an internal error,& that there was only 1 order and thanking me for my purchase.
I am amazed and very happy with the speed of the customer service.

Be wary of this company. I set up a standing order for their body protection formula. It took FOREVER to get the first order. Then they charged my credit card for two subsequent monthly orders without shipping the product. When I contact customer service the response time is acceptable, but the excuse that the demand outpaces the supply is unacceptable, especially if they charge a credit card and never ship the item. After several email exchanges I did receive one of the orders, but I'm STILL waiting to receive the one missing order, and it's going on four months now. In my last email I demanded a tracking number for the missing order or refund the cost of the order to my credit card. I have also cancelled the standing order and will never order anything from this company again!

I ordered the Nattokinese once I received it I was told by my doctor I cannot take this. I immediately emailed the company and explained this to them. I did receive a reply right away telling me where to return the product and to give them the tracking number which I did. They received the product approximately 5 days later at which time I emailed again to confirm they had received it. They replied immediately that they had received it and said they would refund my money. They did just that, my money was refunded the next day. I am very pleased with the immediate replies they gave me and the refund. I would reccomend them to anyone they are a very trustworthy company.

Ordered Nattokinase, 3 bottles. Took over one month to receive. Paid through Shopify which after reading all of the reviews here may have saved me a lot of headaches with fraudulent charge claims. I was actually surprised to receive the product as I figured I had been scammed. Bottles were packaged okay, but was suspicious of the authenticity of the ingredients. I took a risk and tried 2 capsules. I am fairly certain that what I received was not Nattokinase, but a diluted mixture of niacin powder. I could tell by an almost immediate reaction that is known as a niacin flush which I have experienced before from taking niacin. Nattokinase would not do this on its own even at the 10,800 FU level. I have taken more reputable brands of Nattokinase at higher doses and never experienced this reaction. I would not trust this product as the genuine article. Order at your own risk.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. It over a month to get my order, they never communicated with me. And they charged me twice for orders I didn't make. I disposed of the product I received because I don't trust their products, if they scam you they probably don't have a legitimate product.

Fast and easy

Product supposedly shipped from Lithuania. Really and they claim to have warehouses in the U.S. Product was purchased in February it is now July and still getting nothing but lies. I would not trust the product even if I received it. No telling what is actually in it.

Still waiting for the product order on 28/5/26

Placed my order on 5/16/26. Money was charged to my card on 5/18/26. Order was not fulfilled until 3 weeks later and reaching out to customer service to find out why. I was assured it would be sent asap but that they had a high volume of orders, yada yada yada. The order finally shipped a week later from Lithuania, not the U.S. as I had thought. The package has been “stuck” in customs since June 8th and it is now July 1st. I have asked for my money back and have threatened to dispute the charge twice but their standard response is to be patient and that they can’t control customs timing. However, customs will only delay a package if it’s questionable or lacking proper documentation or fees. They’ve washed their hands of me and I of them. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully receive a refund. We will see. If this company isn’t a scam, they at the very least have an unsustainable business model. By now, I should be on my second bottle of this supplement and yet I haven’t even received the first. It’s an unreasonable timeline and they should not offer international shipping if they can’t actually complete the process. Here’s an interesting concept, why not ship a boat load of this stuff to their supposed location in WY in order to fulfill U.S. orders.

We were already taking nattokinase but their website was beautifully configured and we needed refills, so I ordered 3 bottles. And yes, I ordered before I did deeper investigation. My bad! It appears their location in Casper, WY is a FedEx store with a PO Box, which was disappointing. I figured I’d been had at that point. But I persevered on. For weeks my order number status never moved. I emailed twice and got prompt, full answers that my order was indeed valid and being prepared. They said they’d been swamped by so many orders they were working hard to catch up. Then, exactly 7 weeks to the day from my order date, my order arrived. It was very securely packaged, each bottle individually wrapped inside a very stout box. I was very impressed by this. I rated them 4 stars for the length of time from order to receipt. Seven weeks is stupid. But, when my order status went to “shipped,” the package arrived in about 4 days. I’ll order from them again knowing full well that the process isn’t for quick delivery.

I placed an order May 1st it's now July 1st I have been in contact with them at one point they did refund my shipping fees but I still haven't received my product nor have I received my tracking number so I have now today June 1st ask for a refund let's see what happens.

Great product. Much better than other products because 10,00+ fu strength.
