Fast, comforting, and reassuring!

Their neck brace was rubbish. Hard as a rock, cheap quality and doesnt fit. No guarantee or instructions. Return address is China even though shipped locally. Very poor quality, absolute rip off for $109 AUD. Its a real scam.

Convenient and very easy to use! Results were sent in a reasonable amount of time.

My test results took 2 weeksnto get back. I have gotten several tests done through this company and ibe always gotten the results back next or two days.

After the 4th day i got another test because i needed the results now and i got that test back the next which were neg. and i had gotten a test the friday prior which were also negative. so it didnt make sense this one was taking so long. i had called an emailed a lot which each response giving a totally different reason on why itnwas taking so long.

so i get the results back to say everything is abnormal. 9 panel drug screen that makes no sense expecally when i had one done right before an right after that read negative.

I think they lost my results and instead of being honest with me they thought this would be a good out. I would never spend this money or take this test if i knew it would be anything other then negative. im so upset over this because i do NOT use any drugs so there should be no reason it would be anything other then another negative test. now im out all this money and i have this test attached to my name which is WRONG.

i tried calling but the lady said she has no idea what that means. again i would never spend that money or come in if it would be anything but negative on top of i dont do drugs period. its not even possible for someone to be on 9 different substances and not be in the hospital.

i really believe they lost my test because of how long it took and the many different excuses.

Staffs were professionals. The process was quick and easy. Very clean clinic everyone was professional and excellent!

before you can see where appointments are available, or even view the different labs within your region, you have to pay for the complete set of tests up front. You'll think you are preparing to check out, but you'll see a screen saying "your account has been charged". Call immediately to a customer service person who is ready for this call and immediately says "OK, I understand, but there is a 20% restocking fee". I swear it's true, she said "restocking fee". Not even pretending to be legitimate.

This is really easy to understand and useful

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. There was only a 2 min wait time when we arrived and the test only took a few min. Would be nice if we could get the results sooner.
