the said parcel only arrived due to a kind man who found the parcel thrown down at the entrance to a common 1mile away from my address. He noticed it was a much needed parcel and came another mile to deliver it the next day.
I suggest a different carrier is used in future

Bought a shower chair for my partner
See below for my original review.. Healthcare Pro, have rung me to apologise that I’m unhappy with chair and have assured me that they will test the chair. They say they have also refunded me, although I won’t know for definite until it appears in my account in upto 10 working days. (fairly standard) The gentleman on the phone seemed genuine, although why it was necessary to patronise me with announcing that they had tried to call earlier but I hadn’t answered the phone… I didn’t know I was going to receive a phone call as nobody communicated with me despite asking several times.
After speaking to a human I do feel a bit better, but I should have been able to speak to someone straight away. Despite the fact that they have now told me I’ve been refunded etc, I have had much better customer service from other companies. Personally I think it’s very poor for a company who sells disability aids not to have a phone line. If my partner had had to return this item himself he wouldn’t have been able to. It is one thing to order online, another to virtually wrangle a computer who doesn’t want to help and has limited responses.
Bought a shower chair for my partner. It’s beyond dangerous, and not fit for purpose. As soon as he leans forwards even a small amount, the seat unclips from the frame and the chair comes off and both land on the floor. My partner is 14stone, the chair is sold with a 26stone maximum weight limit!! Very dangerous and frightening for us both. I then had to try and get my paralysed partner up off the shower floor by myself. I am trying to get a refund, for which I’m having to jump through hoops for. Despite advertising a phone number you cannot use it. You can only communicate with a robot. No empathy, interest or care… they will continue to sell this awful product, I noticed on their website that someone else has labelled this chair dangerous, so they dropped the price £10 (less than 10% of the astromical price tag!) and relisted as a different chair…Awful.

I still haven’t received what I ordered nearly a month ago. To be fair the next day delivery charge has been refunded but as soon as 30 days have elapsed I’ll be seeking a full refund.

No goods, no refund, avoid!
The courier (Dpd) ignored the delivery address and left the order at an unidentified post office with no collection code or clue to the location. After visiting every post office in the area and discovering no parcels were dropped at all, I requested a refund, only to be denied because I'm unable to return the item, even though I have no idea if it even exists!
Very poor service and I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
