I placed an order 10 days ago with a 24-hour delivery promise, but it still hasn’t arrived. No one is responding via the “Contact Us” form, answering the phone, or replying to emails.
I ordered (#1020) the twistshake bath stand and it took approx 2 weeks to arrive. On top of that once it did eventually arrive, it was damaged as the stand was partly rusted and discoloured, which is extremely unsafe for a baby product.
I have contacted the company on numerous occasions (under the 'contact us' form online where product was purchased) but have not had a single response, and sent multiple emails but to no avail. Absolutely terrible service and product quality. DO NOT ORDER unless you want zero customer service and damaged goods.
I am also talking to trading standards as your site is very misleading in terms of ownership, twistshake helped me to uncover your company (Infinity Market) as the ones who own and run 'twistshakebaby.co.uk'.
The correct product was delivered safely in reasonable time.
The notebooks are very good value, but in this age of eco friendly products it would be nice to have a recycled paper notebook/journal option. That said experience was very good
