I spent USD 80 on a ticket for a museum through Headout valid for one day, and it was never sent and no one responded to me on their supposed “24/7” customer service throughout the day the ticket was valid for (bought at 9am on that day and by 9am the next day still zero response to my several emails and use of their chat function). The website initially said it would generate the ticket within 60 seconds, then it said there was a delay and emailed me to say “you’ll have them in the next 30 minutes”, and they never arrived. Additionally their chat function does not work at all - every time I typed the question, it responded saying “Want to continue? Tap “start chat”” and whatever I typed it would never progress beyond that step.

Total scam.

The crew did a great job. If I didn't experience a form of Virtual Reality Headset sickness, it would have been an excellent experience. I managed to get through the entire event but I experienced pressure in my head and felt uncomfortable, hence I couldn't fully concentrate on the experience. Other people came out of the experience really enjoying it without any virtual reality sickness.

It ese ver y easy to book and also use. Remember yo exchange your reservation in the sales center!

Cloud forest is absolutely amazing
The experience is similar to Amazon forest is surreal
The dummy dinosaur inside cloud forest is highlight. There are several of them and entire experience is great, not only for kids, but also for folks of all ages

Flower dome is also good and is a definite must try for botanists and the likes, but cloud forest is definitely better than flower dome

It was really enjoyable and we didn’t know art could be so interactive and immersive.

One of the very best shows I jave seen. The special effects are stunning, from giraffes to elephants it was all brilliant. It really is a must see.

One experience i want to share here. It is really truly appreciated. My friend son's lost his mobile in one room that room is fully fill with white balls. We reached out security team. With in one hours we got it back.

That's the best experience for us.

How clear wss windows , and respect there

My visit to the Butterfly Park and the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi was truly an amazing experience. I booked it through head out. Since it was a solo trip, I enjoyed every moment peacefully and at my own pace. The best highlight for me was holding the butterflies on my hands and taking beautiful pictures with them. It felt magical and unforgettable. I also loved the otter presentation because it was fun and entertaining to watch. Another mesmerizing moment was watching the divers feed the fish inside the huge aquarium tanks. The entire visit was relaxing, exciting, and filled with wonderful memories. It turned out to be a perfect and fun day for me, and I would definitely love to visit these places again in the future.

Just got back from visiting Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and we had such an amazing time! Seeing the rockets up close was incredible and the entire experience was both exciting and inspiring. The exhibits were well done, the staff was friendly, and there was so much to see and learn. It truly makes you appreciate space exploration and everything that goes into it.

My favorite part was Space Shuttle Atlantis — absolutely breathtaking to see in person! My hubby’s favorite was the Hubble Space Telescope exhibit. We both loved every minute of it.

This trip was extra special because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, and Kennedy Space Center made it a memorable experience for us. We already want to come back again someday! Booking was easy
