Getting Better!
Getting Better!! I got my pillow within a few days. My neck pain has been quite severe for the last 6 months. I am about 4 days in and the pain is 90% less and mobility is coming back. Pleased with the support, comfort and quality.

I chose the soft one but I feel it’s still too hard and high for my taste, I was sleeping really bad at night and so far is not helping, I’ll keep trying other pillows!
Delivery was fast and the pillow’s quality is good, it’s just not for me :/

Great pillows
Best pillows I have ever used! I first found out about these pillows from my chiropractor. I’ve been using them for over 20 years. I find the softest pillows are the only ones I can use but I have a small frame and neck injuries. My husband and daughters also love these pillows and they can use any thickness. I tried the Envy pillow before Ortho-Cerv introduced the new soft pillow but I ended up going back to Ortho-Cerv. It’s the only pillow I can use.

I was skeptical but was willing to try…
I was skeptical but was willing to try 'one' more pillow! I have a neck fusion with instrumentation from C2 to T1, and suffer from sleep apnea mostly because of my limited neck positions.
So far I am impressed with the Headleveler/Ortho-Cerv pillow.
Ordering and delivery were great.
I have been using my new custom pillow for 3 nights now. First night was great, the second night (as I hadn't noticed that the depth of neck was different on both sides of the pillow) was a setback. After looking over my pillow...and noticing why it wasn't as comfortable on Night 2, I marked my prefered setting by stitching a dot as a reference point! Night 3, was great!
I look forward to many more great nights!!!

I loved the kids pillow, but my custom pillow is too deep ! I’m pretty disappointed and can’t return it for a smaller size because the package is off.

Good Company/ Wrong Pillow For Me
The idea of a custom made pillow for my neck wth bulging discs and pinched nerves sounded like heaven. Initially, their no return policy caused me great hesitation but a 30 minute call with Desiree reassured me it felt like the right direction. A month later and I’m throwing in the towel after many sleepless nights trying to break-in this incredibly hard dense pillow. It also slept quite hot because my king size #27 pillow was packed so full there is absolutely no give in it anywhere so it doesn’t breath well. However, my primary issue is with how hard and unyielding the pillow is overall. After a month, it’s really hasn’t softened at all and shockingly my ears are the reason I can no longer make it work. This combined with a no return policy is the reason I’m only giving it a 3. At $180 for a pillow, it’s really too much to chance when it may very well not work out. The counter though is that it’s without a doubt a good company with excellent customer support; always there to answer your questions. If the guess on the right pillow is alright for you, it would be a great pillow you’d have for a long time. Just be 100% sure your OK with the possibility this very expensive pillow doesn’t work for you.
