Amazing product. Amazing finished, amazing service!

Although my neon light was great in terms of my design etc what they don’t tell you is they only last a year before the brightness is significantly reduced and I think soon enough it won’t work at all. I have contacted the company about this but all they say is that they do only last up to a year and the salesman I purchased with should have informed me of this to which he did not.
Also they claim they are LED lights but now the salesperson I’m dealing with is saying it’s not LED.

i made my own custom signs the biggest they could make & i paid well i was promised weather proof signs but unfortunately after 1month of use the signs were warping & changing shape & eventually on the 2nd month the sign melted & changed shape completely i have been repeatedly ignored by them they don’t reply to me have been ignoring me since they realised this was their mistake before they were trying to blame me saying i didn’t tell the person i needed weather proof but when they seen the proof they ignored me from than on how shameful take my $1500usd claim you’ll be there if any problems happen & 1 year warranty it’s all a front they’re a scam once something goes wrong expect to be ignore never buying from here again!

Beautifully crafted. my husband and kids absolutely love the Star Wars sign. I just wish they didn't take such advantage of the shipping at $30.

The signs are amazing! They have bright colors and work great. They were able to put together multiple designs for me and changed the colors as often as I wanted until I was ready to order. They made and shipped in a very timely manner. I am going to be ordering from here again!

The design team did a fantastic job on our sign. It’s exactly what we wanted and more! The colors, lettering and design couldn’t be more perfect. Response time was so fast and shipping was as well. Ordering was easy, the coupon was very much needed. I had a question for customer service, and they answered it very quickly. Delivery was right on schedule. Took me a few minutes to set it all up. But we love it. I do wish you had included the battery with the remote. Or at least I guess I could have realized that it wasn’t included. Minor inconvenience, but other than that we are very happy. Thank you.
