A good, descriptive website that featured all of the alternatives I had been considering. A 3 year warranty on the camera I chose, very competitively priced and prompt delivery.
I will definitely use HDEW again.

I was obviously sceptical at first as the price was a fair bit cheaper than elsewhere, however I called them up to speak with them to put my mind at rest before making the decision to buy. After ordering I emailed for an ETA and was responded to within an hour. Great service and will be ordering more from them.

Shortly before our wildlife watching holidays my partners camera started to have issues and as he had already thought about getting a mirrorless system he wanted to go for an OM system but the question was would it arrive in time. HDEW was very helpful and was honest that it should just arrive in time but with extra bank holiday can't guarantee it. We still took the risk and ordered it. HDEW did update us during the shipment process and it just arrived the day before we left. Great price, great service!

Every month there is a photography competition which I enter and I like seeing other interpretations of the theme.
I had a voucher to spend which I used to buy a dashcam. The service was excellent. The item was reduced due to being an open box return. The dashcam was as new and works perfectly.
I only recently found this company by searching the web. I would highly recommend for a good range of products, competitive prices and service where the customer matters!

I've purchased at least 3 Olympus/OM System lenses from HDEW cameras . Some of the lenses have been the expensive M. Zuiko pro and the last the inexpensive M.Zuiko 45mm f1.8 it's a great performer. HDEW performance was great too , on price and delivery in the 2 to 3 day time frame.
I normally photograph wildlife but decided to take along my old Olympus EM1 mark 3 with the 45mm f1.8 attached to the circus, it took some great photos in poor light, obviously without any flash.
The lense is well constructed with the use of some plastic its very small and compact . Many professional photographers that rate M.Zuiko pro lenses also have a very good opinion of the 45mm F1.8 , so do I as a amateur photographer.

Can Hdew Cameras please explain why they are showing as a dormant company on companies house?

Great price, great guarantee, fast delivery. Altogether a brilliant service.

True manufacturers' products at a very reasonable discount.

Saw them advertised on Instagram, had a look at the website, and saw a fantastic deal. Phoned and spoke to a very informative gentleman who understood my needs for a certain type of camera. Ordered over the phone, arrived a week later which was the only downside. Maybe the delivery can be sped up in future??

I ordered a Canon 800mm F11 lens from HDEW Cameras. The cost of the item was lower than many other sellers and the website was easy to use.

Due to some extra 'weighing up' of a lens to buy, I ordered the item quite close to a trip we were doing the following week and I hoped I'd have the lens in time. After ordering the item I emailed the company to ask when likely despatch/delivery was and they were quick to respond to my query with likely delivery date.

There was in the end a slight delay in despatch (not surprising as supply chains are difficult at the moment) but in the end the lens arrived in time for my trip. The packaging of the item was excellent and the courier used was fast.

Great service all round. I've really enjoyed the new Canon lens and would have no hesitation in using HDEW cameras again.

A Google search for the Olympus Tough camera range revealed that HDEW were offering the best price so I ordered one. It arrived within a few days and I am very pleased with my new camera.

I see HDEW are currently addressing the immediate thoughts of 99% of potential buyers in their advertising - "That price can't be right!!"

It's a canny marketing approach, because that's exactly what I thought too, but as I and many others have found out, you can believe the hype.

I've bought from here a couple of times now, but my most recent experience went above and beyond. I used an email discount code I'd been sent, but on checking out I realised I'd failed to notice a great big banner on the home page with a bigger discount. I emailed HDEW pleading my stupidity and they refunded me the extra discount amount. Now THAT is what you want your customer service to look like.

Delivery of my most recent lens was exactly 7 days from ordering and, keep this quiet, but despite not official being recognised for UK cashback promo's, I tried my my luck with the manufacturer anyway and even got the cashback. This brought the eventual price down to less than 1/3 of the UK RRP for the lens. Gotta be in it to win it, right?
