I have been a customer for a while now and I have never been disappointed with the service they provide. The price of their products is very competitive compared to other companies, for example, shops and retailers who don’t sell grey imports plus, with their cameras (only) you get a very generous three year warranty for free. I have bought, cameras lenses and IPads, so if you want a bargain with a good price, give them a try.

In the half year or so I have made several purchases from HDEW - camera, various lenses and filters. I have always received excellent service (and friendly advice, which is especially appreciated as I'm just starting out on my photography journey). Payment options work well and can place orders online or over the phone. Prices are very competitive too.
