The service and turn around was excellent. I will buy from them again. I purchased a lens (Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-150mm F4.0-5.6 II) for my Olympus OM camera and it is what I wanted.

My idea of an open box is not the same as HDEW. The camera came with a shutter count of 1322 and the lens was dirty, also no battery. This should have been described as used.

I have bought several lenses and cannot fault the service or that lenses at all. Will continue buying from HDEW cameras.

Good pricing and reliable delivery typically in a few days. I have purchased from HDEW a few times and it has always been a good experience.

I have bought both cameras and lenses from HDEW and the service and turn around has always been excellent. I recommend them to all photographer friends. My most recent purchase was the Canon rf14-35mm lens which is a brilliant bit of kit. Already used it to photograph backstage at a show and also on my second camera for videoing a wide, static shot of the show. Great company, great lens.

I wanted to try out new lighter kit and the OM Systems OM 1 mark II was the best option.
HDEW had the body and a 100 - 400mm lens on special offer which made the option so affordable I had to take the choice.
Purchasing was easy on line and they both arrived in a reasonable time.

Great service, had camera in stock and as I live local I could pick it up from them. Can’t vouch for their warranty but I trust the positive reviews I’ve read on photography forums. Will definitely be using them again.

I have bought from this company several times - the service is brilliant and the price undercuts even 'grey' importers and some secondhand retail sites, so it is even better as you still have manufacturers' warranties.

Cheaper than anywhere I found for the same item. Good delivery times. Can’t fault.
