Terrible treatment I received with…
Terrible treatment I received with laser treatment. I recommended people at the beginning, however as time went on I regretted that. There were multiple changes with staff which is unacceptable especially when lasering private areas which I did not feel comfortable as did other clients. However, due to me paying for 6 session treatments in multiple areas I had no choice. I was then told after 2 years my treatment expires which I was not aware of. Therefore I lost money and treatments. When I spoke to some they said ‘it’s in our terms and conditions and in every email’. I have checked and it does not state this on any of the emails I have received. Also bear in mind I signed the terms and conditions 2 year ago. They need to make sure they are contacting customers when the service will be nearing its end. A member of staff said it was fine to laser my arms which has moles all over when it was not, in turn causing me to go to the doctors. I was unable to swap the area or have a refund when it was their incompetence. My hair is still there hence the service that I received was unacceptable

Highly recommend Chinazom
I’ve been seeing Chinazom for laser treatment for some skin issues that a dermatologist wasn't able to treat. I’m halfway through my course and am seeing fantastic results, she is super patient and has tested a couple of different approaches to get the best results. Thank you!

I’ve been a longstanding customer of HC MedSpa and recently started laser hair removal. Chinazom came highly recommended and she has not disappointed at all. She is truly the best laser therapist I’ve ever had and I have no regrets in choosing and sticking with her. She is incredibly professional, warm and friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Disappointed but Romana is brilliant as a beauty therapist
I had two treatments at HC med spa. Morpheus 8 and Accent. I wasn't too impressed with the Morpheus 8 as I have had no visible results with it and tried to contact the Manager on several occasions without any luck. I would however recommend Romana as a therapist, I think her customer service skills and knowledge on treatments was great. Overall, not very happy with the results on Morpheous 8.
