I had a very positive experience during the Manual Handling training. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained each technique clearly, making the session easy to follow. There was plenty of opportunity for hands-on practical exercises, which helped build my confidence in using safe moving and handling techniques correctly. Overall, the training was well organised, interactive, and very beneficial.

The trainer was very explanatory enough and also very more practical to really understand what he's really training we the trainees. I give it up to David for making me enjoyed my time ,because we actually don't know we've spent that hours when he said Thank you with the jet sign... lol 😆

The restraint training was a highly valuable and informative experience that enhanced my understanding of safe and appropriate techniques when supporting clients in challenging situations. The training provided important knowledge on how to use restraint safely, while always prioritising the dignity, rights, wellbeing, and safety of the individuals we support.

I gained a better understanding of how to assess situations, manage risks, and respond calmly and professionally when faced with challenging behaviours. The session also helped me develop new skills and confidence in overcoming workplace challenges while ensuring that any interventions are carried out in a respectful and person-centred manner.

Overall, the training was very beneficial and has equipped me with practical skills that I can apply in my role as a care worker to provide safer, more effective, and compassionate support to clients.

He was knowledgeable, approachable, and ensured everyone understood the material before he moved on. I would definitely recommend course and trainer.
