I'm so pleased with my copper bracelet and ring. The workmanship is beautiful, and both pieces are so thoughtfully designed. The bracelet looks like a designer piece rathe than a plain copper bracelet, and the ring is just as lovely. They look gorgeous with an outfit, and you'd never guess they were copper. I highly recommend them!
I received a Festoon bracelet on the 25 August, today is the 23 September and the copper plating is wearing off my falsely advertised 99% copper bracelet. I have been going back and forth with emails to try and get an explanation and resolve but have only been offered 35% in store credit and or a full refund at my expense of the return of the faulty misleading falsely advertised item. I love the intricate design but am very disappointed with the quality and the fact that this company can falsely advertise a product.
When I received my original order the ring was damaged so I contacted Hazel. She immediately apologised and arranged for shipment of a replacement ring which arrived safely.
