Does not respond to refund query
Ordered trainers from Eckesense.com but they arrived two sizes smaller than standard. In trying to return them the correspondence came back in Spanish. Then it started coming from Hayes Carter presumably the parent company. They asked what the issue was but then didn’t respond. I returned to the return address but have not heard anything since. Would not recommend or use this company. Awaiting a refund.
