I called Hayden LA customer service concerning exchanging a dress I ordered to a smaller size. Nancy, their customer service representative, was extremely helpful. I explained my situation to her… that I had done the exchange online, but was worried that I wouldn’t receive the new dress in time for an event that I had to go to. She looked up my order in the system and saw that I had already returned the dress that was too large. so instead of waiting for that dress to arrive before mailing me the new one, she sent me the smaller size that day. Nancy was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to talk to! I love Hayden LA dresses!!!

I was going to return a dress that I tried on for maybe 20 seconds. It was very unflattering and I knew instantly. I returned it via their instructions and received an email saying the dress was damaged when returned with a picture of threads pulled out. They wouldn’t give me a refund (since it was damaged and against their policy) and offered to return it to me for $8 shipping (HAH) or just store credit. Just be sure to check your items before you try on!

Length not Tunic or even normal sweatshirt
I was very pleased with the material of the quilted shirt and the color. However, the length was shorter than appeared in the photo. It does not sit on hip, it is almost cut as a short waisted top.
