Have supported them from the beginning and use them on every bag. They are a genuinely lovely company who has excellent customer service which ensures my bags continue to look like new
False advertisement. Bought items with the expectation that shipping was in 3-6 days. Had to follow up 9 days later from date of purchase, only then did they say item was going to be shipped and tracking will be sent. Don't put a shipping time if you cannot deliver, and no, it is not the carrier's fault.
