I wanted to send a friend in Cuba some money with this company but in the process of filling in the details they asked for a photo of my passport or I.D., a photo of me and also a photo of my debit card which I wasn't prepared to do so I gave up on the idea, no way would I give those details to any site.

Complicated
I filled out everything that was requested on the website including the sending of very personal data. Then I was led by the website to go on whatsapp where I was told that I didn't create an order and that I would need to use a link on my phone first to get to the payment order. I complained and asked about the data that I already sent and am still suspicious about the procedure which was replied with the same stupid answer to use the link. My complaint was totally disregarded and I still hope I do not get charged for this nonsense, it's really bad and complicated in my opinion!
