My experience was flawless with MX Locker, they’re ready and available to answer any questions I had. I specifically took advantage of the boot trade program. I received excellent credits on my used boots and got into the exact pair I was after. Easy shipping and easy transaction process. You cannot beat using this program. MX Locker is where it’s at!

They have probably the most outstanding customer service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond to make sure that a specific order of mine was taken care of in a way that was more than fair. I have had an amazing experience dealing with mx locker and will always recommend them anytime I get a chance.

Overall I’ve had great luck with doing boot trades. This time it did take what seems like a long time to get responses out of the guy during the week(1-2 days) but then on the weekend he would respond really fast. Not sure if they switched or what but all good in the end

This was my first time ordering from MX Locker, and the experience was absolutely excellent.

What truly separates MX Locker from their competitors is their outstanding customer service. I realized after placing my order that I needed a different size, so I called the number listed on their website. I didn’t even leave a message, but Joshua returned my call not once, but twice, just to make sure he could help.

Joshua went above and beyond by personally calling other warehouses across the country to track down the size I needed. Even more impressive, he kept in close communication with me the entire time, providing updates every step of the way so I always knew what was happening.

It’s rare these days to experience this level of service. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful and dedicated Joshua and the MX Locker team were.

Was somewhat confused on the boot trade-in program but got things figured out easily. Turned out to be a simple process and fair trade!

I almost created a nightmare situation ordering the wrong pair of shoes (my fault), the way these guys handled the situation was just beyond professional. Someone quickly contacted me told me to return it and they would help me get another pair. As soon as they received it they contacted me, I picked what I wanted and then received the new pair the next day. As a veteran business owner myself this has to be the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with any company I’ve ever worked with. Seriously still in shock the way you guys handled my mistake. Beyond impressed.

The platform worked well, the only issue was there was no shipping or order confirmation before we received the order, so I had no idea it was even coming until it was delivered
