I ordered Florist’s Choice for my mums 60th birthday after spending time looking for the perfect flowers as I live overseas. I was completely embarrassed by what she received, the bouquet was worlds apart from what is advertised on the website. Whilst I acknowledge seasonal flowers can differ and variations can be expected, the bouquet was no way near representative of the image shown, everyone I showed the pictures to were disgusted. Haute refused to offer any form of resolution beyond a £10 voucher which I definitely do not intend to use this company again. I have now created a chargeback with my card provider. If you’re expecting something similar to the images on their website, I’d recommend managing your expectations or considering another florist

I was extremely disappointed when the 'Country Wild Garden' bouquet I ordered for my friend's retirement arrived. It looked nothing like the bouquet advertised and was not of the quality I expected, especially for such an important occasion.
However, I would like to commend Kyle for the way he managed my complaint. He was professional and genuinely took my concerns seriously. He investigated the issue promptly, acknowledged that the bouquet had not met the expected standard, and arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent.
Kyle offered excellent customer service and resolved the situation for me.

I ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered to my daughter-in-law. This always makes me nervous because I never know what they’re gonna get. But she sent me a picture and it was even more beautiful than I would have .

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Haute Floriste and again the flowers were gorgeous. Delivery was fast too. Good value for money. This is now my ‘go to’ florists for deliveries

Wildly disappointed. This looked like a great quality florist, with good customer service. I trusted them with my daughter’s birthday flowers. Her favourite Peonies. Well, despite my double checking, the flowers didn’t arrive. I received an email telling me that they had arrived, via Royal Mail. This was not true. When I challenged Haute via customer chat, they admitted no flowers had arrived today and were now not going to arrive today!!! Anyways, they confessed, they didn’t have any peonies left!!! So, they had failed on both counts! No birthday flowers, no peonies. Haute did offer me ‘credit’ (to the value of what I had paid) which quite frankly was pathetic. They had not honoured their customer service guarantee and whilst typing from what appeared to be a script, the operative from customer services seemed totally unbothered. My advice, if it’s important - don’t trust this florist!! Quality of flowers?? Well, I for one couldn’t say, because they never arrived. This is not a service anyone would expect. From a very unhappy customer. Just as a PS, despite their promises I am yet to receive a refund (the very least they could do) or even an email of refund confirmation. Haute florist have provided a shockingly poor service. The guarantee of service is totally worthless.
NB: And the reply (below) says nothing useful. No mention of my daughter’s missed birthday, that was the important factor.
Obviously not important to them … so if you are considering ordering from them, this might be something to note.
Guys, you are a florist and you missed a birthday!!!! That’s seriously bad!
Also, no confirmation of a refund yet. But I have low expectations of this company. Very poor :(

The flowers were beautiful and perfect, I appreciated so much the timing and the professionally in it’s all.
Thank you very much for everything and I’ll be back ordering more!!! (In fact I already did and hopefully in the future I will be able to continue sending weekly flowers thanks to you!!)

I am American and it was a supreme pleasure working with Haute Florist to deliver flowers to a friend in the UK. The peonies were breathtaking (she nicely sent me a photo). The quality of the bouquet was outstanding, the delivery was speedy, the communication was excellent. Bravo Haute!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date which was our anniversary date. Two days prior to this date I reverent email from Royal Mail stating they will be delivering the flowers a day later than what I paid for. As far as Haute florist are concerned it’s my problem. Exceptionally poor service and do not recommend anyone buying anything from them.

Lovely selection to choose from, easy to navigate the web site to arrange, delivered on time, and nicely presented. The recipient seemed very pleased, said they were beautiful.
Not the first time I have used Haute, and will continue to be a returning customer!

Do not purchase from Haute Florist.
I ordered the **Pure Elegance** bouquet expecting something that resembled the beautiful, luxurious arrangement shown on the website. What was delivered was a sparse bouquet that looked more like something you could buy from a supermarket for under £20. It was nowhere near as full or as impressive as the product photos suggested.
I raised this with customer service, providing photos of what I received, but they refused to offer even a partial refund. Their response was that the bouquet represents the advertised product and would eventually bloom to resemble the photos. In my opinion, the difference isn't about flowers being in bud - it's about the overall size, fullness and presentation being materially different from what was advertised.
After purchasing I noticed other reviews describing exactly the same experience, which made me feel this wasn't an isolated issue.
If you're ordering based on the website photos, I'd recommend thinking twice.

Dear Rosie,
Thank you for your response. To clarify, the issue has always been that the "Large" luxury bouquet I paid for was not delivered as ordered.
I must also address your focus on the lack of photographic evidence. I have explained from my very first email that while I understood the need for images, it was simply not possible to provide them. These flowers were a bereavement gift, I saw them upon delivery, but it was not appropriate for me to start taking photographs at such a sensitive time.
Once I had left, and verified my order to confirm I had indeed purchased the "Large" bouquet, I could not then ask my 82-year-old mother-in-law to start taking pictures for me.
The fact that this has been repeatedly brought up by your team, despite my clear explanation of the circumstances, has been deeply disappointing.
I would also like to reiterate that, as I pointed out from the start, your logistics should have been able to show exactly what was packaged and sent to me in contradiction to what I ordered and paid for. Relying on customer-provided photos rather than your own internal shipping and logistics records has unnecessarily prolonged this dispute.
I am pleased that we have now finally moved toward a resolution where a replacement bouquet—which is what I originally paid for—will be sent to my mother-in-law. I hope we can finalise this without further delay or inconvenience.
Best regards
Cheryl

I ordered the 'Large' bouquet of Luxury Peonies for my mother-in-law. While they arrived very well packaged and the scent was gorgeous, I was a bit underwhelmed by the size, as the bunch only contained 10 stems. Given that I paid for the 'Large' option, I expected a more substantial arrangement. That said, my mother-in-law was happy with them, and the presentation was lovely.
I have since contacted the company directly as the size was clearly not what I paid for. I have had to exchange numerous emails with their support team, who initially demanded photos that were impossible to provide given the sensitive nature of the bereavement gift. They have been unhelpful and have refused to acknowledge the discrepancy based on their own internal logistics data, instead offering a token gesture that does not resolve the issue. I am still waiting for them to take responsibility for failing to deliver the premium product I purchased.
I have now been forced to reach out to my elderly mother-in-law to ask her to check if the packaging has been recycled yet, so that she might provide images of the box. It is deeply disappointing that I have had to involve her in this administrative dispute because the company refuses to look into their own internal shipping and logistics records.

Flowers ordered to be delivered today for my Mothers Birthday.
Notification received to say 'delivered' a quick call to confirm that this was the case soon highlighted that infact that this was not so.
The tracking App had delivery confirmed to a pub 2 doors away with a picture of the package on the bar.
I called my mother to explain and asked if she could walk to the pub to retrieve.
On doing so was told that they had not received any deliveries....
I have contacted Haute to try and resolve and entered what appears to be a completely pointless email chain with Jennifer only to be told that there is nothing that they can do as was delivered to a safe place/neighbour.
I have been using Haute for years for both personaly and work related gifts. I certainly won't be moving forward and will ensure everyone within my reach is aware of this terrible service.

Ordered a bunch of large luxury peonies for my mother-in-law’s birthday. They arrived two days late, and dried out already. Most of the blooms were brown underneath, and within a couple of hours the petals had completely fallen off two flowers. In response, Haute Florist offered me a £4 credit note to spend with them as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. The cheek of it.
They also responded to say “delays may unfortunately occur due to the use of a third-party courier”. I doubt there is a nationwide florist that doesn’t use a 3rd party courier! But my contract is with Haute Florist.
(Although very hot weather all of the other flowers my m-in-law received for her birthday from other florists arrived when expected and were pristine.)
Wish I could include a photo as I was so outraged by what this florist thought was an acceptable bouquet to send to someone.

Useless company. Ordered fresh flowers for next day delivery. They use Royal Mail who said flowers were attempted to be delivered but weren’t as my friend was in her house. Told me to wait. Same thing happened Saturday. Won’t provide a refund as blaming Royal Mail. Even if they do get delivered now pretty sure the flowers would be dead. Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs.
Tom - please contact me. Your customer service AI representative (hoping AI as if I’ve been speaking to real person then that’s embarrassing for you as a company) is offering to refund delivery only. No delivery attempted on Saturday or today. I have ring doorbell proof. Please can you just offer a refund or replacement using a better delivery partner. I’m baffled that you’re a flower delivery service that cannot actually deliver flowers.

1 because you can’t give zero. I paid £70 for the large bouquet.
These were for my mother’s 80th birthday. I requested a Sunday delivery. They were handed to Royal Mail on Thursday and delivered late Sunday afternoon. By Tuesday when I visited my mum the only things left were the painted leaves, thistles, 3 orchids and 3 pink roses that were shrivelled up. The rest were rotten and had to be thrown away the day after they were delivered. The 3 roses were thrown away on Wednesday. Apparently you get a 7 day freshness guarantee!
I complained. The e-Mail ‘compensation’ insults that followed were unbelievable and I was left wondering what I was most insulted by - their compensation or the flowers. A £15 pound voucher off my next purchase, saying they wanted my mum to retrieve the dead flowers from her garden waste bin as evidence! The photos that I sent clearly showed that this £70 ‘luxury bouquet’ were unacceptable.
Unsurprisingly I don’t think £15 refund is acceptable. I want a full refund. I’ve shown friends the photos of the flowers and they are shocked.
You should be able to attach photos to these reviews so people can be warned before they part with their money. A £15 refund would mean I’d paid £55 for some painted leaves and thistles! A garage forecourt wouldn’t do that!
I am now taking this issue further. All e-mails have been saved and will be submitted with the photos as evidence.

RECEIVED DEAD FLOWERS & NO REFUND
Ordered a £70 bouquet to a family friend, and they received completely dead flowers. Sent the picture to customer service — they requested more photos days afterwards (the bouquet having already been disposed of) and then accused the recipients of using AI to alter the photo (photo was clear and included the note handwritten by the company’s own employees). Only offered £10 credit on website after I expressed I will never be using them again.
The bouquet was to thank recipient for the use of their helicopter — definitely wouldn’t be using AI to swindle a cheap flower company out of £70.
Save your money and use Prestige Flowers or Interflora instead.
