Bought 2 caps, received only one and also the wrong item.
Costumer service is non-existing, they don't respons on mail, WhatsApp and Messenger.
Finally after weeks i got a respond from Hatstore AFTER a bad review.
They where sorry and sent me the good items now.....
I got a mail with track and trace but after a week when i wanted to check the shipment i realised i got THE SAME track and trace number from my first order. And there no other items on my way...... I am DONE!

This online shop is an absolute scam. I ordered 3 hats with a 5/6 day delivery schedule.
I've had 18 WhatsApp communications with the online bot nonsense.
As soon as they admitted that my order had been lost after 20/21 days of false communication about package tracking they stopped replying.
I really wanted the hats and asked for the order to be re-sent however no reply.
I've noticed that the online reply machine has an answer for everyone's complaints. But if the service was reliable there would be no complaints.
My order number is IE1713551.
So my advice is AVOID this extremely unreliable fake shop.

I would be cautious of using this service. I wouldn't call it a shop because the only thing you will deal with is automated bots.
This organisation only replied to me as soon as I gave a bad review and in their reply via WhatsApp they sent me the same links for a package stating that it was dispatched and in fact delivered.
They don't answer the phone either.
I have begun a dispute via a payment service and this seems to have resolved the issue of a refund, from the payment service.
However I still recommend for everyone to avoid this service (definitely not a shop), because nearly 4 weeks after I ordered goods a 3rd party had to resolve the situation while hatstore is still sending me links to say the goods are delivered.
The information in the reply below from the service provider is confusing and would suggest they sorted something out. However they absolutely did not.

The costumer support has me wondering if I will ever receive my package. On 9th of January I’ve placed my order, granted using the cheapest delivery method. But I never would have expected 0 answers to my customer support messages even when all I wanted to know was the state of my parcel. I’ve written 3 messages and every time I’ve been met with silence. The only proof of this order is the initial email I’ve received since buying it and the money gone from my account.

I had bought a gift for my son and he was really looking forward to it. At first I was confused because the order took longer to process than I expected. I sent an email to customer service and they responded very quickly, saying that they were moving at the moment and that was why the processing took longer than usual. However, I received my order within two weeks and customer service even confirmed that my order had arrived. Good service and products 100% quality👌🏻

I do not recommend the store. I am a big fan of caps and have been shopping at Hatstore for a long time. Every year I spend several thousand euros on hats and asked Hatstore for some benefit as a loyal customer. They didn’t even bother to respond. With most similar stores, you can register and if you're a good customer, you might be rewarded. Not at Hatstore, they don’t value their customers. It should also be mentioned that the prices of the goods have increased significantly, and it is no longer advantageous to order caps from them. Additionally, the quality of service and delivery has worsened a lot. In my last 7 orders, I always had some issue (wrong hat size, no order was created even though payment was made, delivery was late).
I’d like to add one more observation. Based on the last email received from Hatstore, I’m convinced that their customer service is run entirely by an AI robot (like ChatGPT or something similar), because no human would write such nonsense. :) This probably explains the recent communication issues, as the customer service is apparently being transitioned to automation. :) While I’m a big supporter of modern technologies, when I need to solve a problem, I expect someone to actually address it—not just receive a generic response from a robot. :) In my opinion, this is another step in the wrong direction.

After several weeks, I finally managed to sever all ties with this store.
Conclusions:
Absolutely anti-customer approach - Based on my significant order volumes, I have never encountered a store that was unable to provide me with even a personalized offer. They showed no interest in retaining a customer. A 10% discount on one purchase? :) This seems to be their generic offer for everything.
Dysfunctional customer service - They do not respond to emails, communication via social media, or messages sent through their website. After three weeks of being ignored, the only effective approach I found was to write a negative review (e.g., on TrustPilot). Only then did they respond, but again in a generic, impersonal, and soulless manner.
Attempts to discredit negative reviews - After posting a critical review, they repeatedly tried to discredit me and get my review removed. Somehow, they conveniently forgot that I had been shopping with them for over three years and had spent a significant amount of money. Fortunately, I know how to defend myself, so I was able to refute their claims and prove my statements without any issues. This just further reflects their attitude toward customers.
Profit over customer satisfaction - Based on both my own experience and other reviews, it is clear that this company aims to make the highest possible profit at the lowest possible cost. I have no problem with that—it’s the foundation of a successful business. However, what is unacceptable is that they achieve this through a dysfunctional system and customer dissatisfaction (e.g., no order confirmations, wrong hat sizes delivered, a non-existent complaint system, late deliveries, etc.).
Inability to delete personal data - They refuse to execute even a simple, legally mandated request like deleting my personal data. Instead, they send nonsense about 30-day processing times and similar excuses, despite clear GDPR regulations. In the end, I had to escalate the issue to the Swedish Consumer Agency. And that says a lot. :)
Final verdict:
I strongly do not recommend this store! Unreliable, unfair, and non-compliant with the law. Simply everything is wrong!

Placed an order a while back with Express DHL delivery. Took my money and then zero contact since despite me messaging them numerous times on their WhatsApp contact number. Tried calling the number and doesn’t work. No reply to emails either. Maybe they will reply to this??
Update… 3 days later and no reply still. Absolutely shocking a company this bad can even exist. Not sure what they get out of it? Maybe a kick out of letting people down? Who knows

Update…. To your response! The way you have described it happening doesn’t even come close as to what happens and the frustration your customer service team caused! Just zero human contact and quite frankly the worst bots I’ve come across! I will never accept your apology for this level of dishonesty and disappointment since placing the order. You didn’t even come close and moving to a new €5m headquarters as an excuse is just offensive to be honest. I only hope the service is different for other people that decide to place an order from you.

I immediately sent an email to the Hatstore because the phones weren't available until the next day! I woke up the next morning with an email from the Hatstore stating the order was canceled and a refund was given! Wow! That's awesome service!!
