Unfortunately, there was a problem with the delivery (to Hungary) and the product did not arrive on the promised day. Regardless, my shopping experience was maximized by the kind, fast and correct customer service, who informed me about everything and helped me a lot.

Do not buy from this company if in USA. Received a $71 additional delivery fee on top of $9.99 UPS FEE that I have to pay UPS upon receiving item. This detail is buried deep in their website and not clearly revealed when making a purchase. To me that is deception. Trust me. Won't get fooled again.

Absolute joke of a company, ordered 2 caps nearly 4 weeks ago, tried numerous times to contact and they just reply with a tracking link that has not been outdated since 13th April with the same message "In Transit". There SLA is 24 hours, still waiting on a email response from 5 days ago. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a cap for my son who is looking forward to it as he is going end of this week to a camp. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 days. It's now been 7 days and it seems it has not left the factory yet...
Disappointed already and we've not seen yet the quality of the cap...as it's not even sent.
I contacted their WhatsApp....no answer.

The shipping should be free, but they sent the package directly to Canada Post (not my home). Plus, I’m being charged abusive international fees not mentioned before. The price ended up getting WAY higher than buying locally. Awful experience. DO NOT BUY
