WARNING This company chose to protect…

WARNING This company chose to protect the very people that I instructed them to sue , this was a legal firm in Wolverhampton who were committing legal aid fraud and who also deliberately failed in their duty of care to their clients, Hatchers sat on my file for 18 months without even looking at it and ran me out of time to bring a claim , then have since refused to release my legal file to any other firm that I have instructed , basically this firm is criminal so be heavily warned .

Very poor service.

My business partner and I engaged Hatchers for the sale of a business property. There was no chain for either us or the buyer, and both parties were using Hatchers.
Despite this, the process took ten and a half months.
Emails were ignored. Phone calls were not returned. Necessary paperwork took over five weeks to be sent, and then only after a complaint to the Client Services Advisor.
While our experience of Hatchers may not be typical, their shambolic approach on this occasion caused both frustration and repeated delays, the latter leading to unnecessary added costs in terms of insurance and standing charges for the building.
We shall not be using Hatchers again.
