I ordered a GoPro Hero12 and prior to my purchase I had a question regarding the battery included so I rang Harvey Norman in Waterford and one of the staff kindly answered my concern regarding the type of battery. I then proceeded to order the item and the next morning I received a notification that my order had been dispatched and was out for delivery in Mayo whereas I live in Tipperary. I rang the store in Waterford and spoke to Nick as I was concerned regarding the delivery. Nick checked the order system and assured me it had not been processed or dispatched. It was being dispatched from the Limerick store and Nick said he would ring his counterpart in Limerick and ring me back with confirmation and an update. True to his word Nick rang me back within 5 mins with an update. He had been speaking to his colleague in Limerick who had raised a concern regarding the memory card that I had ordered with the GoPro as there was a potential compatibility issue. Nick said that his colleague in Limerick would ring me regarding this issue. No sooner had I completed the call with Nick than his colleague in Limerick who's name unfortunately I cannot remember as he deserves as much credit as Nick with his tech Knowledge rang me. He explained that the card I ordered was somewhat incompatible with the GoPro due to reading and writing rate, however he had an alternate card that was the same price and had the same memory capacity and would include it instead of the card I originally ordered. I finished the call quite pleased with myself as a result of both conversations and completely at ease and looking forward to the delivery as it was a Christmas present. The camera was delivered in a very timely fashion and notification of the delivery was sent in advance to ensure that someone was there to receive it. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I certainly would and in the future I will have no hesitation in becoming a return customer. Good experience collecting in store loosing a star as they make you wait ages to bring item down.

Did click and collect, had to wait 20 mins for item when I went to the shop. One person serving. Click and collect desk wasn't opened. Would have been a lot quicker just picking up item from the shelf and paying.

You would have received 5 stars if you had delivered on the appointed day, however when you did arrive, your service was excellent.

I was given incorrect directions to the click and collect are. I spent 25 minutes queuing in the wrong area!

Easy to order online and delivery was within the week . 2 lovely guys delivered it and took old fridge away . Great service. 5 stars .

Found the process easy and quick, was very happy with Harvey Norman online shopping, However unfortunately the phone I ordered was delivered on Saturday to my work address as requested, which only opens Monday to Friday, was left outside the front door in the rain .

Went into the Waterford store this evening at 18:05pm looking for a watch was greeted fairly quickly as the store was busy.Shamika offered her help straight away with what I wanted & what I wanted the watch to do. Excellent service from Shamika explained everything & twice a few things for me. Nothing was a problem had the watch in the bag all the information provided out the gap in the car for 18:27pm. Her bubbly attitude & knowledge of her job was 110%. Up this girls wages because another store will want Shamika the best service this evening after a long days work thank you Shamika 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
