I love going to Harry’s stores
I love going to Harry’s stores. I find the array of designers to be exceptionally good. The quality of the clothing is very good. It is pricey though.
Unfortunately the cost is directly related to inflation. With the Canadian dollar being so low for so long it has pushed some of my favourite designers products through the stratosphere.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and have not recieved it yet. When I call customer service, I can't get to speak with anyone so I leave messages every time. I emailed their customer service so may times but I just received an auto reply saying someone will get back to me.
This never happened to me before, it's unbelievable. I will never order anything online from Harry Rosen again.

Great company for certain line of products they carry , they have a great selection of D&G , Tom ford , Prada , and Moncler and more Brands but these are the only brands I purchase and oh yes they have wonderful line up of fragrance.

Disappointing customer service
I was immensely disappointed by Harry Rosen's customer service. I had an issue with an order after following the advice that appears on their website, and they refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I expected so much more from a luxury retailer, whereas new comers in online retail are showing much more flexibility and dedication to their client's satisfaction. Will not shop with them again.

Absolutely the best menswear retailer
Absolutely the best menswear retailer, not only in Canada, anywhere. Customer service is first class. Excellent quality menswear and shoes. Brax. Ermenegildo Zegna. Paul & Shark. Bontoni shoes. At really unbeatable pricing. They also often have great sales. The only downside is that they are not a large retailer so the breadth of their products for me could be larger. Occasionally obliging me to shop elsewhere. I completely trust this company which is more than I can say for many other online retailers. Free returns. Immediate customer service response. Immediate refunds.
