Beautiful store setup, a lot of clothing brand to choose from, very helpful and friendly staff and finally nice and calm environment to shop.

There have been some downfalls but generally speaking, I have been completely satisfied with the service, quality of items available, sales both at the store and via the web-sales and Final Cut and the expedient delivery of on-line orders that are tracked exceptionally well. As with most retail stores, if you fond someone who provides great service, stick with them for your purchases.
I have shopped Harry's for well over 30 years and will return yet again!

Customer service is horrible, I have still not received reply to my email . Some of the stuff is from third party vendors which they do not let you know when buying online , but if it gets delayed then you have to run around to get your money because you then suddenly became a part of the trio.. I was so frustrated that I closed my Harry Rosen account . I was a platinum member for so long but the way they dealt with this particular situation was pathetic very unbecoming of a luxury store !!

Brutal customer service! Been into the store several times and staff won’t help, too busy talking amongst others and picking and choosing the customers they actually will engage with. My most recent visit I had 3 employees walk by me without talking to me and going to talk amongst themselves or to help other customers who walked in after me. They only help customers who look and dress a certain way when they walk in. I called their customer service phone number and was directed to write an email to which they never responded. Terrible service all the way around will never shop at again!!

A great place to be in style and looking good

In the past two weeks and on two separate occasions,I visited the Sherway store. I was greeted by Ahmad who went out of his way to provide us with the best service. He was courteous, engaged and helpful. I was very satisfied with his service and demeanour. I give him five stars

Yuliia was absolutely fantastic! After going to multiple stores, I told my fiancée Harry Rosen would have what I want. As soon as we walked in and told Yuliia we’re looking for my wedding suit, she immediately understood my look and what I was going for. She showed us various suits then worked to narrow it down based on our preferences and price range. Her tailoring was fantastic and best of all, she showed genuine interest and excitement for our wedding. She sold us what we needed, not what she wanted to sell. I couldn’t thank her enough!

I came to Harry Rosen because another suit place messed up the suit I ordered for my wedding. Harry Rosen is a little more expensive but as soon as you put on the suits you can really tell why right off the rack they all fit absolutely amazing and the staff is very helpful.

Tracy Baker at the Square One location provided excellent service. I walked into the store, Tracy was helpful from the very first moment. He listened to my what my needs were and helped with picking the right products.

The location itself is amazing as well. Been a shopping at Harry’s and will continue to shop there for my office/leisure needs.

This location at Square One has a great selection of quality merchandise.

Helen provided exceptional customer service. We were not making a huge purchase but we were treated with the same attention and care. Customer service seems to be a lost art but the staff at Harry Rosen have got it right. They could teach a master class!
