I never recieved my order because the parcel was not delivered in the chosen Pick up station which was suggested as a choice from the website. It's supposed to be returned to the company and still haven't received my money back.

Slow process
Ordered from Germany, package was for whatever reason sent back, they offered to send the package again (would have taken forever to arrive) or a refund, I chose the later. It took 20 days for the whole process, of which 10 days were just for the refund. In my opinion too slow.
Costumer service was attentive though.
