As for the color, the shoes sent were indeed dark grey, exactly as described on our product page : there was no misinformation.

Although I had a welcome discount voucher, I couldn’t use it because was only valid from 50.- € an above (the item I was interested for costed 49.- €….). This was not indicated when I was asked to apply to the newsletter, to get the voucher.
During the order basked kick off, I was applied for a shipping cost that didn’t match with the shipping cost foreseen for my country (no idea why….)

No delivery. Unresponsive client services
Ordered 18/01 and delivery was supposed to happen on 30/01. We are 30/01 and I have not received any updated delivery date, nor any news on what is going on.
Tried to call customer service, however they don't pick up due to capacity constraints and ask you to send an email.
Have sent 2 emails without any response.
This seems to be the only channel where they actually reply to customers. Rather than apologizing for a poor customer experience on this forum, I prefer if they answered my emails.
I understand delays in delivery are possible, but what I don't understand is not being kept in the loop as a customer.
