I am very disappointed with the delivery process and Customer Service
I am very disappointed with the customer service as well as the product delivery. I have ordered a product and after a few days I got an information when it will be delivered. It says I should sign to confirm the delivery so I was at home that day waiting to receive it. it was not delivered on this day. and I got no notification of the new delivery date. It got delivered 2 days after - I was not at home that day. So the product got automatically returned to the store. Normally when I am not there, the product is sent to the near by post office and I can pick it up from there. I don't understand why Hardloop didn't follow this process. When I got a notification that the product was returned to the store, I tried to contact Hardloop asap. Unfortunately there are no phone numbers available and when I sent the note via the contact form available on their website, it took them a couple of days to respond telling me that they will refund the product. But I bought this product because I wanted to use it so refund is not solving my issue. Overall very disappointed with the customer service.
