Not the best time of year to put a property on the market but had plenty of viewings, all accompanied by the agents due to work and other commitments, and sold in just over a week. Great communication from Jack who gave feedback after each viewing.

Hardisty have done a great job selling my Mums home in Horsforth. The team I have dealt with, primarily Jack, Ben and Mollie have acted in a very professional but friendly way and have always been quick to respond to any questions. Also impressive is their follow up and insightful feedback on accompanied viewings, and the provision of excellent marketing photographs. I would recommend Hardisty to anyone in need of a great estate agent.

The Hardisty team did a great job in getting the sale of our property over the line after a few false starts with some prospective buyers backing out.
When we did finally have some firm interest, discussions with Luke helped us achieve the best price for the property.
After the agreement of the sale, Lehila progressed the close out and was in touch on a regular basis to ensure we kept things moving forward and was very helpful with pushing the buyers solicitors who were not very responsive!
All in all, a positive experience & outcome to allow us to sell the house.

Hardisty have been fantastic from start to finish. From the moment Kat arrived for my valuation I knew I was in safe hands. Three valuations from 3 agents and I knew Kat was the right person to go with. The honesty, the personal approach and the knowledge of the area was second to none ! From that appt to photographs, to viewings, to progressing through to completion I was accompanied every step of the way from the Hardisty team. Unfortunately I had two fallen through sales but Paul was superb from the moment he picked up the phone to me with the first offer. When unexpected things happen in the process of buying a house. Paul explained the action plan and it worked out very well every time we made a change. Paul without fail called every week with updates and as the property was vacant Kat checked the property bi-weekly if not weekly. The whole team went above and beyond and I wasn’t just another customer to obtain commission from. I was a client, guided, supported and respected. I cannot thank the team enough from Luke, Georgina, Brooke and all other team members that took my phone calls were amazing. Oh and to also point out if you got this far. Their fees were highly competitive. Yippeee I have completed the sale of my beloved home and the next owner can make their own memories behind what was my front door. 🙏❤️🙏

I recently bought a property via the Horsforth branch of Hardisty, and they were excellent throughout the process, especially the Sales Progressor, Lehila Owen, who kept me regularly up-to-date and was incredibly helpful. It took some of the stress out of things, and I really appreciated Hardisty's mediation between myself and the seller. Hardisty also worked very efficiently with my solicitor to iron out a few bumps in the road. I would highly recommend them if you're buying a house in Leeds or the surrounding area .
