While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Work process at Happynurse
I was not kept informed throughout the process, and I spent nearly a month dealing with Happy Nurse without receiving any clear updates. I was required to call multiple times simply to ask when I would receive a contract, despite having already submitted all the required documents proving that I am qualified to work as a Helpende Plus and fully authorised and competent in my tasks.
It became evident that internal communication was poor, as staff members appeared to work around each other rather than with each other. I was even told over the phone that I “did not seem credible,” while every document had already been submitted correctly by email. This indicates that my file was not reviewed with the necessary attention or professionalism.
During the interview, one of the interviewers displayed unprofessional behaviour and a dismissive attitude, merely because I mentioned my intention to work as a self-employed nurse (ZZP) after completing my diploma.
I was also asked irrelevant and inappropriate questions about my pet — including why my bird was covered — which has no relation to healthcare or my suitability as a professional. Additional questions were equally illogical and unrelated to the role, raising serious concerns about the professionalism and competence of the recruitment process.
