Super plugs

I loved the design and the shipping time! The earplugs did not work for me personally (thus giving 4 stars) but I can recommend the company and their products. Super cute and colourful!

Disappointed after reading good reviews

Disappointed after reading good reviews.
My item didn't arrive within the time frame of 1 - 4 business days, so I chased the following week and was told to wait a few more days but the item still did not arrive. I emailed and asked for tracking information but they could not provide this, so I asked for a refund and got one immediately (which is great!) but it makes me think that the product wasn't even shipped in the first place as the refund happened so quickly...

I actually like these

I actually like these! I have the worst snoring bf and have tried EVERY other type, including with batteries, spent hundreds of dollars/pounds. These have been great, take a bit to get used to as they are a bit hard at first but do block out most noise. They fit small. I'm a medium and they are medium. I'm a side sleeper and no issues after a few wears.

I'm surprised by all these negative…

I'm surprised by all these negative reviews, I really like mine! I had the Discovery Pack and can't decide if the small or medium fit me better- I have to twist them in like a corkscrew action to get the seal that blocks the sound and occasionally one fallls out in the night but I'm really pleased with them. I can't feel them on my side either although haven't tried the large size. Love that they have a little case too.

Happy Ears are a fantastic company

Happy Ears are a fantastic company, unfortunately their ear plugs aren’t so great.

I bought the discovery pack, and unfortunately not one of the sizes provided any noise level reduction. They don’t feel uncomfortable in the ears, but they didn’t work for me.

However, when I contacted them about this they dealt with the problem straight away, no questions.

I really wish them the best, and wouldn’t listen to the 1 star reviews on here, those people should have reached out to Happy Ears before going on a rant. And lots of people seem to get good use out of the product.

Dont do it

Ordered discovery pack, no size fit me or my wife in that they're impossible to place in a position that blocks noise and is comfortable. Definitely got pulled in by sleek targeted advertising.

Great at sound reduction, but too uncomfortable for sleep

Unlike other reviewers I found a size that fit perfectly from the trial pack (large) and I found that they were excellent at blocking out noise at night (snoring, street sounds etc) - much better than disposable types I've tried, and best sleep I've had in months. But they are ultimately uncomfortable to wear repeatedly if sleeping on your side - the hard plastic centre really hurts my ears and so after about 2 weeks of use I am having to look for an alternative product as it's just too painful to continue use. Shame, because if comfort were better I would be keeping these for life.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered a Discovery Pack, with optimism … disappointingly, it turned out that even the large size was too small. Such is life. Ears are very individual things.

I contacted Happy Ears by email on a Saturday evening to take them up on their kind offer of a refund: they processed this within 10 minutes, and sent me a kind and thoughtful email to boot. This is customer service above and beyond even my highest expectations.

There is literally no way to go wrong here. You either buy some earplugs that fit, or you get a refund. Even though the product didn’t suit me, I can’t praise the company highly enough.

Eye Candy

Regretfully pulled in by targeted marketing and a polished website. Do not be as gullible as I was. I ordered the 'Trial pack' - at some considerable cost too. Having tried all three sizes, none of them even hint at blocking out ANY sound. I'd stick with your local pharmacy foamies, they'll do the job just fine.

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. They do not fit my husband at all, or cancel out any noise. I bought him a large and they are so loose. Very expensive for what they are. Think carefully before you buy. Also cannot leave a review on their website letting people know about our experience.

Too small for me, but worth considering

The products appear well made and I love the concept, however they were too small for my ears. I bought the discovery pack and even the large size kept falling out. It's a shame.

I emailed for a refund, as per their terms with the discovery pack, and got the refund through PayPal (my original method of payment) then same day.

Really easy to deal with. Worth a try if you want to stop using disposable earplugs, but just not for me.

No sound blocking

Quick delivery. Good esthetics. No sound blocking at all (for me or my husband). Not fit for my purpose (to block out snoring). Perhaps made for swimmers?

Waste of time

Like other reviewers I bought the trial pack which didn't work and I asked for my money back which I've now had to chase several times. I keep being told it's been done but still nothing. When I tried to leave a one star review I also got told "it didn't meet corporate guidelines" and to submit another review!

No better than the foam ones

No better than the foam ones, the design looks nice and comes with a little carry case. I don't think it blocks much sound not worth the money.

Waste of money

Horrible experience. I bought the trial pack, as recommended, and regret buying them at all. The oval shape is just wrong, doesn't block out sounds like they say. I most definitely heard my snoring partner and the fan. None of the sizes quite fit, actually thought I was going to loose the smalls in my ears. The post on the plugs are solid and not comfortable for sleeping. If you stay flat on your back and don't move it may be okay for you.

Good product, awesome return policy

I ordered the product (discovery pack) as an alternative to Oropacks. The shipping was very fast. For the left ear it worked perfectly and I could sleep on the side without pain in the ear. Unfortunately M and L didn't work on my right ear, since my ear canal seems too big. I asked to return the discovery pack and I got the money back without sending them back. This is a very lovely service, please don't abuse it.

The product is totally useless

The product is totally useless but they do a good marketing job on social media. They do a customer satisfaction survey after the product is delivered and if you leave a negative review, they delete it and refund you the money.
