Put one star in order to write review. Shocking, scamming... ordered 2x adidas... they took pay.... no acknowledgement.... sent 4 x emails & no reply..... luckily my bank reimbursed me..... horrible bar stewards

Awful company defo fraudulent!! Don’t buy from here didn’t receive items, and took weeks to get refund luckily my credit card company got me one!

THEY ARE A SCAM. I paid for Adidas trainers never arrived, no reply from HanMan, THEY DON'T EXIST ITS A CON.

Im now convinced HANMAN is a scam. Same experience as others; ordered a pair of shoes at half price on 5th July; no communication or delivery as of 15th August. Disgusting.

AVOID!! I bought very bad fake Birkinstocks for £57. Hanman eventually agreed to refund me. I spent £20 sending them to the returns centre in Holland. I sent them evidence of the postage. No refund and they have ignored me ever since. So I wasted £77 and have no shoes. Very angry. I feel so stupid.

I wish I could leave no star ! Paid for trainers and had nothing!

This company or nothing but scammers. They take your money, and then you’ll never hear from them again after the receipt. Any emails sent to them bounce straight back again, luckily I only ordered one pair of trainers but that’s enough when you lose the money.

Scam! No product in over two months has arrived. I have sent numerous emails and messages. There has been no response. I shall now be getting in touch with my bank! Poor!!

We bought two pairs of trainers from this scam company back in July, we have received nothing other than a confirmation email.

Once we relised we had been scammed we contacted the back to get our money back. The bank refunded us but this scam company have decided to challenge them and us ha ha, can you believe that ??

Do not deserve one star but had to be given in order to write a review. I am now of the opinion a scam. Adidas Spezial ordered on Jun 22. It is now 12 August.
Order acknowledged, emails complaining of lack of delivery are undeliverable. Similar experience to many others.£45.00 paid.

Ordered Trainers 7th July no update from them . Emailed the company keeps bouncing back. Absolutely Disgusting I want a Refund or the Trainers . My Son works hard for a living.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Spezial trainers on 18 June 2025 and paid for them. I received an order confirmation and tracking number. I monitored the tracking number for a week or two and when status did not change I contacted Hanman. Surprisingly I received a response indicating they were puzzled why the status had not changed and asked me to wait a further week (alarm bells started to ring). I waited and waited and still nothing. When I checked online the website was down and I sent multiple emails to them with no response. I am in the process of working with trading stds to follow this up. They will not get away with this. Robbing bar stewards. Ordered trainers 21 June still not delivered. Have tried to contact customer services and the four or five emails I have sent come back undelivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I ordered 2 pair of trainers on the 30th June and received nothing. Wish I'd read the reviews

I ordered a pair of adidas trainers having seen an instagram ad. I was debited but the trainers were never sent. I was given a tracking number - which I found linked to Yodel, but Yodel said they had never received the parcel. Emails to hanman bounce back and no number to call. A complete scam.

O stars. Ordered two pairs of adidas spezial on 4th July 2025 and it's now 10th August and they have not arrived!
Had an email confirming the order and when I emailed them enquiring where is my order,it bounces back as undeliverable! I'm out of pocket by £75. Extremely disappointed with Hanman.

This is a con, do not buy from them. Went to order 2 pairs of trainers for £75 and my revolut card wouldn't allow me to but from them, should been a RED FLAG! Used my Tesco credit card instead, guess what, never received my goods, did a charge back on my credit card after 30 days. Do not use them, its fraud!

FRAUD - Ordered via Facebook ad and never received shipment. Hello email bounces back and website seems fake.
