I ordered trainers for £45 and they never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order

Paid £45 for some shoes goods never delivered 3 messages left on their customer services portal and several phone calls, not one response. Claimed on my credit card and they have rejected my claim, left it with mastercard, do not use they are a scam site.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers for my children that never arrived. Chased the order after a few weeks and did receive an email saying an issue with shipping and will be refunded the full amount. After weeks of chasing the money was not returned and stopped replying to emails, also noticed the website did not exist anymore. Claimed via credit card company in July, and today SP Hanman have disputed the claim, even though we have email proof that they would refund the money!!! Awful scam, avoid at all costs.

No product received and no response when asked about the order - I will report to the Police

Absolute Scam, shameful
This website is nothing more than a scam, ordered a pair of shoes which never came after months of waiting and received no refund. Emailed their customer service for no response and to be told the website was under construction with no way of getting into contact with them. Do not reccomend this company it is an absolute scam.

This website is absolutely awful. We ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they never arrived. Emailed on multiple occasions for a refund and received no response. We filed a complaint with our bank and was issued a refund but Hanman disputed our claim. The site is under construction at the moment but I would recommend avoiding this website as they are happy to take people's money without sending the product out. Shame on you guys.

Scammed out of £75. Waiting 2 months for trainers which were never dispatched. Working through the Amex Dispute process now.

Scam business with no company page nor means of contact.. if you bought via paypal or credit card try requesting a refund

Scam - do not buy! Order Handball Spezial's, no updates, no communication, website been taken down, emails bounce back.

I've been properly scammed out of £75. Two months, no order and they rejected my transaction dispute. I'm usually very good with checking out online sellers. Somehow, I let this one slip through the net. My just deserts for being gullible.

I give this company 0 as I ordered a pair of trainers which never arrived but they charged me. No reply to my e mails and no other way to contact them.

Do not even deserve 1 star!! They are clearly a big con artist scam company. Never received my item and have never heard anything back to all my emails.

I ordered a pair of adidas handball spezial on 30 June and was informed of their shipping later on that day. However I also received a second email encouraging me to check out again. Fortunately I ignored this as I still haven’t received the shoes and the money has of course been taken from my account.
I have emailed several times, no response. Money lost.

Disgusting, shameful company. They've stolen £60 of a young girls birthday money. Their website is now down

Wish I could give a lower rating. While unlike some, I did actually receive an item after many, many weeks of waiting and emails chasing, when it arrived it was completely different to what I purchased (leopard print and red and not black and white cow print) and are clearly fake. I got in touch and eventually had an email telling me I was out of scope to do anything as it was so long since ordering - hilarious given they had made me wait so long in the first place. On pushing, eventually was given an apology and a promise to send the correct order, whilst being keeping the incorrect item as compensation. It’s been months now and the promised order of the correct item has never arrived and all my emails are now being ignored. Complete scam of a website that should be avoided at all costs.

Gave 1 star as couldn’t give zero. Nothing but thieves. Do not get sucked in.

Less that one star. Beware everyone. Before purchasing on any website you must check trust pilot this website looked legitimate as did their confirmation email. This website is a scam and they will not send your items. It may look slightly cheaper on here but don’t be fooled like I was like I used Klarna so I am resolving it with them. avoid it all costs.

Same experience as others... I paid £45 for a pair of Adidas shoes on 6th July, it's now 18th August and they have not been delivered - Shopify just refer you the vendor but emails to Hanman are returned undeliverable and their website now shows 'coming soon'. I suspect Hanman either never existed or are in liquidation.
