An out of hours emergency callout for our elderly neighbour's boiler which had an unexplained sudden leak. Dylan arrived within 30 minutes, discovered the problem, explained the issue and rectified it very efficiently.
We have since used Hampshire Heating Services a number of times and always found the team to be very courteous and friendly, always arriving on time, professional and efficient in their work and always leaving things tidy before they leave. The latest callout was for a routine gas safety check, Kieron arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a bedroom without a radiator in it. Kieran came to fit a new radiator which seemed straightforward. He quickly identified a problem which meant that the pipe work couldn’t go where planned and was able to identify an alternative route. He was very apologetic that he couldn’t do it on the day due to him having another job to attend. We now have a new date for completion. We have used Hampshire Heating several times and would highly recommend.

Had a gas leak which was confirmed by SGN & they shut off gas & advised us we needed a Gas Safe engineer to repair leak & replace pipework.
Obviously this happened on a bank holiday 🤦🏻‍♀️😔,& the only company that replied was Hampshire Heating Services.
Great comms, quick deployment of gas engineer & hey presto we have hot water etc.
Engineer professional & thorough,making sure everything was working safely & correctly.

Hampshire heating services replaced a thermostat in my boiler as i was unable to heat my water. They fitted me in at a time that was convenient to me. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, with the work area left in a clean and acceptable condition. Many thanks, definitely recommended.

From start to finish the team provided an service! We had multiple jobs carried out in one day including new shower, new radiator and changes to the piping system for the hot water tank. They were professional, courteous and very tidy! I would recommend them to anyone.

Hampshire heating are a great company to deal with. From the initial quote to the boiler fitting, Dylan communicated with us, gave us options to suit the home and our budget, explained everything and offered a good price. The service was great, we had a new boiler, replaced pipework throughout the house and new radiators. Couldn't fault them, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
