Amazing customer service and rapid delivery. I ordered my Ecoflow Delta 2 on the Sunday night and it was delivered at 8:45 on the Tuesday morning. I spoke with Hampshire Generators the week before I ordered and the person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely order from them again.

I bought a portable generator from these. On first use I found the generator almost impossible to start. I rang them and they said they would ring me back. They didn't. I plodded on with it. Although I could never start it. Someone else had to start it for me! Please note I can start 60 year old Briggs and Stratton engines on rotovators. But I can't start this new engine. After 6 months, the generator burnt the plug of a brand new water pump. I sent it for repair and also commented that it was a poor starter. Once started, it was fine, it ran well. Then recently, no one could start the generator (not just me!). So it was sent back for repair. But enough is enough. I asked for a refund. But they are saying that there was stale fuel in the carburettor. This is impossible as I add an additive to my super unleaded fuel that stops it going off for two years. The same fuel in the 60 year old Briggs and 10 year old Mountfield lawnmower that had not been used for 4 months. They started at first pull. So I can't get a refund because they claim I'm have stale fuel in the engine. But I asked for the analysis of this so called "stale" fuel. But it never came. This engine in the generator is notfit for purpose as it is too sensitive for the real world. It is not durable and not fit for purpose. Now I'm lumbered with an useless generator. Don't buy from them

Ordered a Jackery 240 for my partner for his birthday present I ordered it on the Friday before bank holiday and was worried it would not get here in time as delivery is about 3 days, also it wouldn't be sent till the Tuesday, fantastic service got it the next day Wednesday thank you so much, partner went camping with it to a Van/Fest and I got peace and quiet 🤫 😊

Staff were really helpful answering my questions and guiding me information and advice about the products I bought. They were patient and knowledgeable. The phone was answered quickly on each occasion I called and their support gave me confidence I had chosen the right items to meet my needs. Their advice also saved me money. The majority of my order arrived the next working day and Hampshire Generators offered to chase up the courier when it failed to deliver one package. I would happily use Hampshire Generators again and have already recommended the firm to friends.

Fantastic customer service given on advise concerning the ecoflow Delta and sola panels/ cables, answered all my questions to the full.
Would highly recommend the company to anyone, great to receive old fashion retail.

Transaction was smooth,great product,easy to use their website,customer service was just awesome.

I order 2 Anker Solar Panels on two different occasions, both was delivered next day and the Best price, also excellent customer service.

Pre-sales tech info was very thorough and helpful. Delivery was rapid, and the kit is excellent!
A few small quibbles: 1. I wasn't informed that part of my order would be delayed; I had to phone to find out. 2. I haven't yet received my Love to Shop gift card, and 3. I'd very much rather have £10 off my invoice than have a gift-card!

I have bought from Hampshire Generators a couple of times and both times have received help and advice about what to buy over the phone before making the order. I appreciate that these guys know what they're talking about and aren't just trying to sell a product.

A combination of EcoFlow battery and Excel Power solar panels works great. I can definitely recommend all of the above.
