Attracted by the interesting products in their hampers I ordred one for a friend this year. This is what she said in her thanks to me: ''I received the most beautiful, exquisite Christmas Hamper from you a few days ago and am just now looking at its contents, reading your card & thinking to myself that it's too nice to eat or touch & too nice for me....my goodness, I don't know what to say !! Thank you for such a beautiful gift!!''
The customer service staff are excellent and responded really quickly to any questions I had.

Ordered an afternoon tea for my mother for her 76th birthday - something nice for lockdown.

It arrived the day after - so nothing nice for her birthday - I called Hay Hampers on the day and the woman referred me to the terms and conditions that state that delivery is not guaranteed it will arrive when it arrives - my tough luck.

My mother was polite about the contents, but my father has told me not to send anymore like this - the Victoria sponge cake was heavy and hard.

Don't order things with short shelf life nor anything that needs to arrive in time.

I ordered a hamper last month for my fiance's birthday. It arrived on time and was very lovely. He enjoyed the beer so much and the cheese, so I got 2 hampers for him and his family for Christmas.

The first hamper arrived on time. The second hamper arrived the next day. They're packing hampers of the same codes as I've understood. Customer service is brilliant despite their super busy schedule. I had to clarify my order and they got back to me quickly.
Hay Hampers has helped me put smiles to the people I care for this Christmas.

Will use again for next year!

We contacted Hay Hampers to enquire about ordering 35+ Hampers from them. Their website says they offer dicounts for orders over £750. When we rang, the lady on the phone was quite dimissive and said they were very busy and wouldn't offer any discounts. When I pointed out what it said on their website she took all of my contact details and said she'd get back to me. SHE DIDNT BOTHER! We subsequently placed an order with a small local Company for £3600 and they were extremely grateful and treated us with courtesy and professionalism.

Brilliant - super hampers for our virtual staff Xmas lunch! Everyone loved the contents - which were of a high quality! Pricing was cheaper than expected! Delivery was 99% perfect - 1 package was left off my order and when I called it was literally sorted within 1 hour and the hamper was delivered the very next day! Superb service from Emma! Thank you :) Will definitely recommend and order again!

Good quick delivery of what is a well presented hamper. It appears to be all good, branded stuff, but I won't be eating it so can't be absolutely sure.

This would have been 5 stars but I go back for two more presents and EVERYTHING under £30 is out of stock. Not good.

Ordered my nan an afternoon tea hamper for her birthday as we couldn't see her due to lockdown. Arrived on time and she and my grandad loved it. Said it was really well presented and crammed full of goodies. One happy nan. Many thanks 👍🏻
