I thought Hampergifts performed well, despite the carrier's occasional incompetence. Hampergifts performed well.
My agent did a great job. He worked hard because the courier wasn't doing his job properly and couldn't deliver it to the correct address. He showed perseverance and was able to keep his word.

Great selection of Christmas hampers at different price points making this a very affordable gift option to send someone overseas in the UK. I managed to impress my aunt, uncle and cousin who loved all the treats the hamper contained. I was able to choose a delivery date a week from the order date and the hamper arrived within 24 hours of the planned date. Wonderful experience that I will most certainly do again !

Living in the USA, wanted to send a hamper to my Daughter and son in law in the UK and found this Chocs and Cookies tower which was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately my hamper had been delivered to the wrong address . When the person realised after eating at least a third of it they left it on my doorstep.
I contacted Alex at Hampergifts who immediately sent out a new hamper which arrived the following day.
They could not have been more helpful and the hamper is excellent.
