I’ve written several emails with no responses. I was looking for my order. I was told it was going to ship by December 26. I called and spoke to a customer representative. They never told me it was on backorder now my order won’t be ready until February. It was a Christmas gift. I wish they would’ve told me instead of lying and telling me I would have it by the 26th.

Hamilton Rewards deceptive membership
I ordered a figurine from the Bradford Exchange and was charged (more than I expected) on November 14th 2025. The charge in PatPal came from the Hamilton Collection with no explanation of how the companies are connected.
Subsequently, on December 16th there was a charge on my PayPal for the Hamilton collection rewards program. I have no memory of joining a rewards program, certainly didn’t intend to, and believe the membership acceptance was hidden in the original ordering process.
I complained to both Bradford Exchange and Hamilton Rewards customer service. My original order charge was refunded but the second charge for the rewards membership was not. Additionally, my membership was not cancelled, I had to put out a block payment on my PayPal account.
Repeated emails with Hamilton Rewards Customer Service have failed to garner an acceptable explanation or an assurance that the second charge will be refunded.

HORRIBLE Business
Lengthy...... If I could give a negative star review, I would. I originally signed up for their Precious Moments subscription where they send me their collection about once a month and charge me for it. Almost a year ago, they charged my card that expired, which I forgot to update. They kept sending notices to make a payment but they would not do it over the phone, nor would they re-process the charge. They wanted me to write my card number on the paper bill and mail it which I refuse to put my card info in the mail for someone to possibly get a hold of. The online chat folks wouldn't take my payment either. I updated my card info which they continued to auto deduct, except to re-process that one payment that didn't go through. After numerous attempts to make the payment I stopped trying. I received a collection notice in the mail stating to call the collection agency to make the payment, which I did. I was first told they couldn't assist me and to call Hamilton Collection directly. I attempted multiple times over the next few months via phone, email through the site and via chat. The response I received via email and chat were the same, they do not take payment over the phone. In the meantime I was able to cancel my subscription (or so I thought) when I logged in their website. I called over 8 numbers I was given by the collection agency, chat and email which I had zero success getting through to someone. I mailed a check directly to The Hamilton Collection and checked my bank account for a month to see if the check cleared, it never did clear. After 2 more collection letters were received I called the collection agency again which the rep took my payment, I then stopped payment on the check. 3 months later, I get an additional collection letter from a different collection agency. I then printed the collection payment confirmation letter and wrote a lengthy letter to The Hamilton Collection, Bradford Exchange the recent collection agency showing the payment was already made and to contact the first collection agency to obtain the payment. I received an email from The Hamilton Collection asking to call them to discuss a billing matter. The rep I spoke with reviewed my account and said I shouldn't have made the payment to the collection agency and I needed to call them directly. I said, if they didn't want me to make a payment to the collection agency then why send me to collections and send a letter asking for payment and why did the collection agency rep take my payment, which makes no sense. She put me on hold to review my acct again, then said I had a credit on my acct and to check my bank as they gave me money back, (in the same amount that I was sent to collections for). I told her I do not have a credit in my bank acct. She reviewed my acct again and said I would need to call the collection agency back and ask them to give me a refund and call them back directly to make the payment. I told her I was not going to do that, I followed their request and made the payment to the collection agency they sent me to and they can contact them to get the payment. She said I would need to call my bank and report it so I can get my money back. I said, I'm not going to call my bank 3 months later to report an authorization that I verbally gave approval to process. Again, makes zero sense. She put me on hold once again just to come back on the phone and tell me to disregard and the amount she is looking at is actually the payment I made to the collection agency that they made to The Hamilton Collection so now I don't have a balance due. I asked her to confirm that my subscription was canceled as it should have been done months ago, she said it was NOT canceled and she will cancel the subscription. Here I am, one month later, getting an email for another charge made to my account. Now I have to go through the lengthy process once again to try to contact a live rep (who's in the states). This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE. The online chat reps do not help you, but instead will disconnect the chat right in the middle of a conversation, or before the conversation starts. The phone numbers you call will either keep ringing, put you on hold for over an hr until the call disconnects or the IVR will tell you that it's outside their business hours no matter the time of the day.

I requested express shipping which said it was $11 and some cents. When my order went through, I was charged $21.95 which was the 2 day price. I do not like being charged more than what was stated.

I ordered a "sisters are the guardian of the heart" the 1st one came fine. I ordered a a second one and sent a MONEY ORDER I was told it was not paid for and I HAVE THE RECEIPTS AND TRACKING NUMBER. THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THAT IT WAS RECIEVED. I am not able to speak with anyone in upper management and I want my figurine.

Tried to accept your offer to get free freight and you sent me into a hall of mirrors where I couldn't figure out what to do...just give me the rebate you offered...this was horrible...
They replied to this by telling me to submit all of the data about my purchase which is exactly wrong...if you offer free freight, it's way wrong to make your customer work for it. These are not honest people.

I called past the last moment wanting to change my order and it was too late. The representative was very polite and professional and could have been mean or hateful. I knew I was probably too late but was pleasantly pleased that the package was already on the way. As it turns out, I would have disappointed the gift receiver if I had changed the order.
