I wish i did my homework and checked Trustpilot before purchasing from this site. I ordered, what i thought were quality items from an Australian business and was bitterly disappointed. I requested the returns procedure and was initially offered 15% refund & keep the items, then 25% then 30%. When i continued to request to return items, I was given an address in China (NOT Australia) to which i sent the items. 3 months later the items were returned!!! The address was invalid! Buyer beware!

Late Delivery & Conflicting Return Policy
Delivery was two weeks late, and the return policy communication was inconsistent. A 50% refund was presented as an approved resolution, then later reframed as a limited exception. This contradiction was disappointing and undermined trust.

I will never order from them again
I will never order from them again. They are scammers. I ordered a single item not the collection. I have proof. They charged my credit card for the another item I did not order. I told them I didn’t sign up for the subscription and canceled anything that they are sending me. They said it was too late. How convenient for them. THEY ARE CROOKS. Do not buy from them.

No follow-up
No follow-up. I was not advised that item was shipped. I was not given a tracking number or notfied that it was supposedly delivered. Was charged almost $30 for "shipping & services" for what???? I don't even know if it was delivered. Horrible lack of customer service.
