We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

Fast friendly and efficient customer…

Fast friendly and efficient customer service, shipping times were great to Switzerland. Also club customisation options is great. Shipping prices could do with a little review especially if you only buying one item though. Overall great experience shopping on the Emerald Isle.

2x Orders unsatisfactory service

2x Orders
1st order in November was not able to be fulfilled so I choose a different offering. Took ^7 weeks to arrive in January ‘26. Delivery package was thrashed. Very surprised that the club was ok.

2nd order was placed as everyone deserves a second chance. Again there was a 6 week fulfilment delay notified to me. Not this time & I didn’t want an inferior product to what I requested. Order cancelled. Refund received. Product now on order elsewhere.

I’m very sorry to read about your experience with us.

From the details in the review, I’m unable to see an order ID or email address, which means I can’t locate your order to look into this further.

I can only assume your order may have been for custom-built clubs. Unfortunately, we’re sometimes unable to influence delays caused by manufacturer lead times or component shortages. When these issues arise, we always aim to inform customers and outline the available options. From what I can see, it appears a refund was selected and processed promptly, which would be in line with our normal procedure.

Sadly, when component shortages occur with suppliers, the delay affects all retailers equally and would impact any order regardless of where it was placed.

Regarding the initial delays and postage issues, we sincerely apologise. Between December and January we experienced significant problems with our courier service, both domestically and internationally, and we were unfortunately let down during this period. We did everything possible to keep customers updated on any issues affecting delivery.
