We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

New glove great service.

I was buying a new glove and the employee was helping me look for the one I wanted to get searching everywhere and he found the one I wanted so I bought it great price can’t wait to test it out soon.

Halpenny customer service is fine and…

Halpenny customer service is fine and order processing quick and efficient. However, they are intent on using GLS delivery service, even though they must have seen the negative reviews. They state 5-7 business days delivery service to Spain - well, I don't think so! It took a week to get to the GLS 'hub' in Germany and now we won't receive our order until at least two weeks after ordering and that's if GLS actually pull their finger out! I have my doubts - and have history with this courier service! Such a shame as we won't be ordering from Halpenny again, solely due to them using GLS.

It's annoying that there is no option to return the goods even after deducting the discount for subsequent sale at a discount.

Hi Roman. We are sorry you felt the service deserved a 1 star review.

As per our email conversation and clarification, you ordered clubs via custom build process. These were supplied correctly in line with custom build lead times.

You then tried the clubs and decided you didn't want them and we explained in line with our policy we cannot take a return of used clubs and website clearly states custom orders are excluded from normal returns policy.

We explained that we could not take back the clubs, issue you a refund and then sell them on cheaper as used as you suggested.

We apologise for the inconvenience you feel, however the policy is very clear in this process
